Breakfast could be better, to many sweet things for my choice, but that is Italian breakfast as I know it... Neighborhood can be scary at first, but we did not have any problems with groups that hang around, but we did see some drug usage...

The staff were so friendly and amazing. A 1 min walk from the Termini a main transport hub in Rome, location was very convenient.

Facilities are super dated and No money has been put back into updating the rooms or sprucing them up just a little. Kinda sad as guests just feel like cattle and not really provided a service. But on the other hand it is reasonably priced so there is that.

Very convenient and close to train station. Hotel staff were friendly and restaurants nearby.

My only consideration is regarding the street which seems to be not safe at all. I would advise to be a bit careful.

Based on the price we paid for staying in the Hotel, everything was pretty good. The breakfast included saves the lives of many people who wants to get a bit more rest in the morning. The staff were helpful and let us to leave our stuff before checking-in. Personally, I am studying italian, I tried speaking a bit and they were patient to understand what i was saying.

Not many dislikes, but cannot expect luxury at the stay. It is a fast moving tourist stay near the central station.

Easy to reach from Roma Termini. There were a lot of places to eat around the stay and the stay offered a good breakfast included.

The main thing I do not like is that the hotel is located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building. To get there, you need to use a very hot lift in the summer, and not very clean. However, the hotel is not bad for staying a few days. The breakfast room is bright, and the food is fresh. The rooms are also comfortable. The location is convenient as it is near Termini, the main bus and train station, and close to the center. But be prepared for a lot of rubbish on the streets near the hotel.

the location was terrible, the street is full of of non-italians who stand there all day because they are not legal on the italian territory. if you are a woman you better be careful and get something to cover yourself because they are aggressive. it is the only street in the center of rome where people do drugs in the middle of the street while screaming and kicking each other. it was bad.

The room was simple and nice and we were lucky to get a balcony on the highest floor

The location. It is not safe since there is many of junkies right outside the hotel. The ac was not putting enough and it was hot. The showers is small if you are tall you wont fit in. The room is not like the pictures.

The breakfast although all it was croissants it was delicious especially the pistachios one. I never had a good juice from the machines but at this hotel it was amazing. The staff were very helpful. And it is very close to terminal busses, metro and train.

The crew that hung around outside close to the entrance. Never had a problem as it seems they keep to themselves. Just uncomfortable feeling.

A few homeless on the streets but inside was clean Could do with better wifi for the second floor. A kettle to make a cup of tea and extra pillows would have made the stay more comfortable

The beds were not very comfortable but I guess that not uncommon in hotels around this price point. If I had known they would just be a mattress on metal springs, I may have spent a little more. The location was nice to be close to the train station but there were lots of people hanging around the entrance and at one point even caught a couple men smoking drugs in the elevator.

Some staff and the owner himself are not that welcoming. The young Guy (sorry I forgot his name) who checked us in, the night Filipino staff and the lady in the kitchen are both friendly, helpful and smiling.

It is not issue caused by hotel. In the street there were negro junkies making mess at evening and night.

There was some kind of fire exit or storage room next to our room not sure but that door was slammed very early in the morning at 4am multiple times which woke us up. Breakfast was literally 5 items, buns, butter, chocolate croissant, few fruit and coffee machine. I was honestly expecting a bit more.

Property was very clean, good location.
