There was a small problem with communication. We asked about an earlier check in and we got the answer two days later, when we were already home :)

The accommodation is nice and pleasant. We were only there for one night, so I can't rate the location. Public transport is nearby. Pleasant street with everything you need. Bars, shops, restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet location. Umberto, the owner of the apartment, is a very charming and nice gentleman. Breakfast is Italian, therefore sweet. This is fine. The choice is large.

The Check-in around 21.30 is paid 20/30 euro (depending on stuff opinion). Ms. Cristina and her father seemed unfamiliar with hospitality. Despite confirming our arrival time multiple times, we still had to wait 40 minutes upon arrival. Ms. Cristina did not apologize for the delay. The room wasn't properly cleaned. When I raised the issue upon arrival, I was told that we had made it dirty... Although the room was "cleaned" daily only the beds were made. The bathroom remained untouched. Due to our compliments, we were not permitted to have breakfast at the hotel... This was fine since the breakfast consisted of croissants in plastic bags and coffee from the nespresso machine.

The water in the bathroom flowed very weakly.

The location is great, 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The room is clean and nice.You have your own balcony. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare free coffee provided by the owner.

The quality of the place is just quite poor and it seems dirty. It’s got a little shared ‘kitchen’ but also not very well kept.

It was in a good location. If you have a car there is no chance you’ll park on the street for free, it’s always full but there is a private car park where you can leave your car for €25

Drains in the shower and sink were quite slow but functional. Bathroom facilities a bit worn but fairly clean. Can hear people entering the main building complex at night but soundproofing pretty good otherwise.

Comfortable room, great location with lots of lovely eateries nearby. Nice view out to the surrounding streets and nice to have air-conditioning at the end of the day. Comfortable bed and small breakfast provided each day.

Not 100% well located if you want to eat in Trastevere or do lots up and down the river, but depends on how happy you are to travel around.

The property was very easy to find, clear instructions and very flexible check in with the host! Everything was clean and tidy, and they came in during the day to tidy things up and re-make the bed which was a nice touch. It was just a short walk to the Colosseum, through a park.

The bed covers were as old as the colosseum in Rome, but the bed was comfortable.

There are problems with a good breakfast all over Italy, but it would be cool if the croissants were from a nearby bakery and not in packages. Overall everything is very good and I would recommend this place to others.

place is pleasant, the Coliseum is a 4-minute walk away. Since we were traveling by car, parking was important. a few steps away is a private garage where you can leave your car. It is also possible to park a car next to the apartments, which is much cheaper. The apartments themselves are cozy. The area is very quiet and pleasant.

The mini fridge you get in the room didn’t go very cold even on the highest setting, but there is a communal fridge you can use in the kitchen

Umberto was the only member of staff we dealt with on our 3 night stay, he was friendly, helpful and chatty when we bumped into him in the hallways. The room was cleaned daily which was nice, and the room had a lovely little balcony. Great location, 10 min walk through a nice park to the Colloseum but was quiet on a night

Excellent location in 5 minutes walk to Colleseum, sightseeing, subway station etc. It is outside of ZTL zone. Parking is available on the street. Clean room. Nice and friendly host.
