The airconditioner was not at all effective. Even after setting the temperature at 16°c the room was not cold enough. We didn't find the necessity to switch on the TV during our visit as the stay was just very short. Every night the television in room 4 where we stayed used to get switched on automatically on its own around 1:30 am. There might be some timer that's set.

The room was cozy and clean. The bathroom was clean too. The balcony added beauty with a good sunrise view. The owner of the place assured us that we are doing well during the stay. Even he offered a complimentary breakfast from his end as a kind gesture. The location wise no comments. The Colosseum is so close, just 10 mins walk from this accommodation that you get to enjoy the day and night both view of it.

It was quite difficult to check in. Even I announced when I will arrive with kids (8pm). The staff don't understand that there is no possibility to contact them online, they don't use any app for communication nor answering on booking chat. They expected to be called with Roaming tariffs and thinking it is free when they call us. How can be so clueless and working in tourism...

There was a small problem with communication. We asked about an earlier check in and we got the answer two days later, when we were already home :)

The accommodation is nice and pleasant. We were only there for one night, so I can't rate the location. Public transport is nearby. Pleasant street with everything you need. Bars, shops, restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet location. Umberto, the owner of the apartment, is a very charming and nice gentleman. Breakfast is Italian, therefore sweet. This is fine. The choice is large.

The water in the bathroom flowed very weakly.

The location is great, 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The room is clean and nice.You have your own balcony. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare free coffee provided by the owner.

Drains in the shower and sink were quite slow but functional. Bathroom facilities a bit worn but fairly clean. Can hear people entering the main building complex at night but soundproofing pretty good otherwise.

Comfortable room, great location with lots of lovely eateries nearby. Nice view out to the surrounding streets and nice to have air-conditioning at the end of the day. Comfortable bed and small breakfast provided each day.

Not 100% well located if you want to eat in Trastevere or do lots up and down the river, but depends on how happy you are to travel around.

The property was very easy to find, clear instructions and very flexible check in with the host! Everything was clean and tidy, and they came in during the day to tidy things up and re-make the bed which was a nice touch. It was just a short walk to the Colosseum, through a park.

The check in process, I had asked if we could bag drop before checking in was asked to call (after a few days late response) called when arrived in Rome as requested to call an hour before check in. Told there would be no one about if I didn't hurry or they would be back at 3pm (our colesseum tour was 2.30pm so not helpful) The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (Ms Christina's father I guess) said he would wait. Also was unsure which room we had paid for or requested. We arrive at the location and not being able to access, called a few times and finally got through via intercom. Up to 5th floor, room 15 inside is the rooms. He was very polite showed us the room and left. The bed was quite firm (if you like that), the shower was either hot or cold no in the middle. Very noisy they are rooms within an apartment I would say no sound proofing. Woken up at 3am to microwave use, showers at 4am, washing up around 5am and hair drying around 6pm. Quite unsettled but due to us going to bed early due to travelling we got enough sleep. Check out process was leave the €12 and key on table and go. Very odd. But I guess you pay for what you get. Communication isn't great.

The location was easy to find on Google maps. The bathroom was usable and toiletries provided. Plenty of choices outside the location to eat and drink (or shop) the shower was hot and there is a TV. Message to say breakfast (wasn't provided but also didn't pay for it)

The room was old and very basic. The shower didn’t drain well and the edges of the shower screen and walls were stained/old.

Location was good - close to Colosseum. The owner generously assisted with additional accommodation for a fellow travel mate whose flight was cancelled.

The complementary breakfast was just enough to get us going for the day. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, museums and many other sight seeing adventures. My two sisters and I felt safe in the area day and night. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Humberto was always very friendly, attentive and reliable.
