It wasn’t that clean. The cleaning wasn’t done good.

It was close to Colosseum you would see it at soon as you stepped out of the building that was cool. Comfortable beds. Cool shower. The owner was nice enough to let us drop of our bags 1 hour early then we planned. Very appreciated

The apartment was in a great location being walking distance to the colosseum, metro and plenty of dining options. It felt very secure with private access only and Luisa was quick to respond to all our queries. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Couch matress is not that comfy, but enough to sleep through the night.

The location is great, few steps to Colosseo and the neighbourhood is full of bars and easy to access by public transportation. The owner left some snacks and drinks for Breakfast. The apartment has a lift, small but great to carry up luggage. Easy to park on the same street, especially on the weekends (free)

Loved the location 👌 colloseum at the bottom of the road. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, close to lots of sights we walked everywhere. Bed very comfy, quiet street for how close it was to everything. Host was very responsive to any questions.

Shower and bathroom need some renovation. We found some cleaning utensils left by cleaning staff that did not look nice. Previous guests took too much time to leave so that delayed our initially agreed drop off luggage. Tv Remote control had no battery.

The location was everything. At walking distance from the Colosseum with nearby terraces and restaurants, Bus stops near by, and Metro station. Good space and well equipped.

Colosseo Luxury Apartment was great choice for our stay in Rome. The location of the apartment is perfect. We came to Fiumicino airport, train to Rome Termini and easy walk to the apartment. We visited most attractions on foot. There was 5 of us, 2 adults, 2 child, and a baby. The couch was big enough for our kids (8 and 5), and the bed in the bedroom is wide for two of us and baby. The apartment was clean. It has everything you need. On arrival there were small nutellas for us, marmalade, croissants, and great coffee. The communication with the owner was really fast, she answers questions in a few moments. There are few good restaurants, gellateria, pasticceria in the street, the supermarket is 3 minutes away. You pick up keys by yourself on the location from the safe. We had a little problem with opening the apartment door, it has to be pulled hardly, but when you get it, it's not the problem.. Tips for the owner: - few tea spoons would be good to have - it would be good to clean kitchen hood - check the kettle, it's leaking - replace old tea bags - add instructions for opening apartment door when you send info about keys pickup

The cutlery, sheets, blankets, dishes, and towels were worn out and in dire need of replacement due to heavy usage over the years.

The location of the establishment was exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff exhibited remarkable hospitality. .

This is as far from a luxury apartment as can be!! The owners need to spend a couple of nights here to understand what needs to be done. Shower is filthy and not great quality, nearly everything falls off the wall if you touch it, lots of bodge jobs around the apartment, not well cleaned and definitely needs decorating. Bedding and towels old and tired.

Fairly good central location not too far from a metro stop. Slightly further from the Colosseum than it looks! Well equipped with good air con, coffee machine, small load washing machine, hairdryer. 3rd floor but has a lift. Helpful host who met us and also booked a taxi for our return.

Location was great .few minutes walk to colesso...the kitchen had essential items and extras . Coffee. Fruit .water breakfast items .. cleaning supplies . Washer.. I was satisfied with the entire stay.

Nothing at all , everything was close to the perfect.

The very helpfull louisa and her mom , they are very kind people , very beautiful location , the kitchen has everything needed to cook , the sofa bed wasn't bad at all , the room very nice decorated , comfortable bed and pillows , 2 tv(s) provided , washing machine too , the bathroom nothing to complain about , it was a great stay , i'll for sure text louisa first on my next visit to rome before start searching somewhere else .

Amazing location, just 5 minutes walk from Colloseo, about 40 mins walk to Vatican. Apartments are exceeded our family expectations, everything as advertised. Air conditioning makes Romes' summer with +36C pleasant and enjoyable at night. So definitely rating should be 10 without any doubts.
