Surprisingly for an Italian way the breakfast didn't have too many available choices and wasn't as good as it is shown in the pictures. On the first couple of days, I went down for breakfast and when I got there some items were finished, I when asked the staff to bring them, they told us because it was 30mins to finish the breakfast, they will not bring more. (for example fruit salad, scrambled eggs, strawberry yoghurt, etc). Toasted bread is not available in the room, you need to ask the staff to bring you the right amount of toasted bread, as well the coffee. The sauna is not as hot as expected for a real sauna. The staff could be more smiley as Ali (he is the face and definitely he made our staff real pleasant since the first minute. thank you Ali for All) The TV was a nightmare to set and find anything in English. Only on the 2nd day, I finally manage to find the right settings and change it (luckily I speak Italian, but my partner doesn't): Advise: ask the reception at the check-in to make sure they give you a TV set in English. The shower head couldn't stay still, so we had to grab it at all times while taking a shower, which makes it less relaxing if you need a relaxing shower after a busy day

The hotel is good located and close to the Monza circuit. The Gym looks small but is fully equipped with everything you need. The decoration is also very nice and the lobby a nice place to be. The room has the right size and the bed is very comfortable. Room decoration is also nice. Ali was probably the best of all our stay! Really really nice and friendly welcoming, check-in and customer service. We arrived late due to some issues with the rental car, besides that, it was raining dogs and cats and he just simply made our first moments incredible that we actually forgot about the nightmare until we got to the Hotel. I travel for more than 20 years and I am already a Genious 3 at booking.com and I have to say...the best welcoming time I ever had even compared to a 5* hotel. Every time we got into the Hotel, he was very welcoming and always smiling. Thank you Ali for making our time amazing and keeping it like that, because you stand out from the crowd and make the guess experience way more valuable than the price of the stay.

The BIGGEST drawback regards the location. It’s far from Milan center, it’s definitely not suitable for person who travel by public transports. But if you own a car and you want to travel to Bergamo or Como or some places around, it is OK. Since it’s in a separate region, you may find it difficult for finding somewhere to eat. A minor disadvantage is you have to ask for bathroom stuffs such as toothpaste or toothbrush (of course for free) but they are not prepared in your bathroom.

The facilities are perfect: large, clean room, which may fit for 5 people (but the maximum number of people allowed/ room is 4 I guess?). The staffs were friendly though we reached the hotel late at night (11 pm). They did support a lit when I had questions and my sister came late (the next morning)

Very basic amenities. The restaurant was closed exceptionally due to holiday closure, but there was no communication from the hotel beforehand, and we only found out on arrival. We chose the hotel taking the easy access to food and drinks into consideration, so we feel mis-sold the room. The hotel is really in the middle of the nowhere so not easy to find alternatives at the last minute.

Location is in a office park - during the holiday period it felt like a ghost town. Unfortunately, it was very loud in the room due to other people throwing parties in their rooms and no interference from the hotel staff (it was new year, but nonetheless)

The beds were not comfortable. Our handsoap dispenser was empty even after room service it was not filled up. The shower gel seemed to be watered down. At the breakfast buffet eggs and bacon were cold even when we came there at 7 am (first ones, right after they opened)

The staff was extremely friendly. We liked the size of the room and the fact that the living space was separated from the bedroom. The breakfast selection was decent and the area was very clean. We loved the fact, that the staff was serving the food, vs everyone digging into it.

If you are looking for interesting surroundings this is not the place as it is in a lonely business park. BUT lots of free parking and if you‘re just passing through it is a great choice.

It’s close to the highway, clean, has comfortable beds and the staff is helpful and very friendly. There’s a good breakfast and a restaurant open in the evening with decent food - this is nice because there is absolutely nothing around the hotel.

There were mosquitoes in the room so we all got some mosquitoe bites. The breakfast was terrible. One thing the can be good in italy is food. but there was no coffee machine, they had some capsules that tasted ugly. the juice was just sugar and color.
