As a female solo traveler, I recommend this hotel. The location is like an island in the middle of Rimini, with waterways on either side. Room 706 was my blessing. In the middle of the top floor, a decent sized immaculately clean room with a large balcony overlooking the entire Italian Riviera. Below is a bustling marina with lots of activity and a secluded beach, both private and public. A wonderful café and restaurant is tucked inside the marina. The bustle of city life is easily accessible by standing ferry ride at the port. In the opposite direction are clean beaches and resort life at its finest. The hotel sits on a large corner property with a large green park area and a relaxing pool. The lobby, both inside and out boasts a generous variety of seating to be social, yet private at the same time. A very family friendly environment with both pets and children welcomed. The breakfast is worth it. Not only is the price half of the cost of most places, the variety changes daily. Bountiful is the single word that comes to mind. Take the final flight of stairs and get to the 7th floor. The hotel has options for single, double and family, all with walkout balcony. I woke up, walked out, saw the entire riviera below me and felt like I was on top of the world.

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help with anything you need and the cleanliness was irreproachable. The location is excellent! The only thing that I would recommend is a kettle in the rooms. Would be very helpful! I would come back with maximum pleasure!

Noise everywhere, very thin walls, people slammed doors without using keys. Some guests were very unfriendly and didn't respect night silence and behaved drastically. Cleaning staff was different and some of the cleaners didn't do their job at all or didn't focus on details. We had to clean our room ourselves because despite being out of the hotel for halv of day, still the room wasn't cleaned, towels wasn't changed. Overall old building, garbage bins from child playground weren't emptied in weeks or months. Room wasn't equipped with any additional home equipment like kettle, coffee maker.

People at the reception, professionals, very friendly, helpful. Breakfast was ok, everyday almost same type of food. Super friendly staff, however empty trays were present and had to wait until they were filled again. Got a big room with superb view.

Property is very close to the seaside. You can get there in a 5 minutes walk. The room we had was spatious enough in order to be able to put our baby’s bed next to our bed. It was clean and we have all the amenities needed. The have a couple of parking spots in front of the hotel, on its property. They have both a grown-ups pool, but also a kids pool which it heated. The breakfast is absolutely great! it is not the same thing every day, some things change daily. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, spinach, fried vegetables, ricotta, feta, some salami, different fruits, yogurt, cereals and a lot of AMAZING PASTERIES! Everything was very delicious and worth the money, I’d recommed anyone to get the breakfast as well. The staff is very helpful and always there if we needed anything. Really appreciate all the efforts they are doing and a big thank you to everyone!

I understand that hotels dont have to provide glasses, cups etc in room, but it would be a big advantage to have a few glasses in the room…

Hotel is really nice! Very friendly staff. We had a room with a sea view so we had a perfect view. Beach is so close, just a minute to get there :) Breakfast was super: cheese (mozarela, bri, etc), omlette, bacon, fruits (kiwis, bananas, pineapples), croisants, cereals… Good coffee!

Breakfast was good with enough choices, but items were constantly running out and were not immediately replenished (waiting for bread several minutes). It's nitpicking, but this could be improved.

Superb location. They offer private parking. Every day the staff cleaned our rooms, changed the towels and made our beds. All staff was really nice and willing to help. They even have a small playground for children.

If you come by car beware that the hotel charges 15 Eur per night. And you can park on the streets but it is unsafe and spaces are very limited.

The room was quite ok, comfortable bed, very nice terrace with sea view. The breakfast was very good with a selection of meats, cheese, cereals, eggs and drinks. Unusual for Italian colazione 😅 The hotel is locate right across a road near the beach.

Great location, very close to the beach and port area, silent neighborhood. The hotel room was very clean and equipped with everything one needs. I got a room upgrade and had a great view over the beach and port area. The breakfast was really not expensive and provided everything, from hot to cold menue, also plant-based milk and fresh veggies, fruit etc. I can definitely recommend to stay there

Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean, nice pool and hotel bar - just lovely! There are restaurants and cafes nearby, the beach is just a stone’s throw away, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The city centre is just 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back!
