The staff showed us a short cut at the back of the hotel through the carpark to get to the bus stop or Metro station on the main road. we used the metro on day one and the buses for the next 2 days, we might have to come back as I still need to go to Naples and Pompeii The Vatican museum is a must see

Having tea facilities in the room was the only thing that would have improved our stay.

Modern hotel and great value for money. Very happy with our room and the staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is a short walk from the metro which we used to get around the city and was really straight forward. There isn’t much in walking distance from the hotel but we had an amazing meal at MaMi which is close by and I would highly recommend.

The air conditioner wasn’t working very well.

Very comfortable bed, everything was really clean and the staff was very nice. We also really enjoyed the international breakfast buffet.

Location is not central, but using the public transportation was just fine so don’t worry much about it

The location is not far from the Vatican and with the tube or buses is easy to move around. Price was very good for Rome average. I did not have breakfast included so I could chose from a small Italian breakfast for 5 euro or the full international for 15euro. Food was so fresh and selection was good that I decided for the international. Super satisfied. Very clean all and books everywhere I loved it. There is a small outside area very quiet where to enjoy a glass of wine or some takeaway.

Pretty small hotel, but very well made. The attention to detail is high and the staff is the most welcome ever. From the reception to the room cleaner, everyone was exceptional. A special thank you to Elena that looked after us at the breakfast in a way that made our experience in Roma unforgivable. I definitelly will return and recommend to all.

Building looks old on the outside and when you first pull up, you are not sure if that is the right place

The shower is pretty small, but considering the price I think it suits well, that’s just my personal opinion

Location is a bit weird and the metro is closed in Rome. Thankfully we had busses. From the location to the city center a bus takes about 20-30 min.

AC didn't work properly The breakfast was poor in options and quality and overpriced at 15 Euro/person, even for kids.

The shower had poor water pressure, which was the only negative for us.

24 hour reception and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean Internet was quite fast and reliable Overall a very good value for money in Rome. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Personally the location was fine for me as I didn't intend to go into the city centre, I only visited the Vatican City which was a short bus ride away. For guests who intend to visit the main attractions in Rome, it would be a good idea to familiarise yourself with the public transport system to get to the locations easily. There were many bus and train stops within walking distance of the hotel.

Checking into the hotel was very easy and quick. The hotel reception staff were extremely friendly (bonus - they also spoke English) and were able to assist with everything I needed. I had trouble booking a taxi on the recent public holiday in Italy and the staff were able to assist me with this. I was able to also store my bags after I had checked out in the morning. The rooms were extremely clean and had a comfy large bed with soft towels. The bar downstairs had some refreshment drinks and coffee during the day for guests as well as a large lobby to relax in the afternoon hours.
