The bed wasn't very comfortable, and only 1 very flat pillow.

Good size room, and booked it mainly for the free parking. Was about a 20 minute walk to the center. Good value for money. Good black out blinds and very quiet.

Limited breakfast choice.

A very warm welcome from Bernadette on arrival. A great location with car parking within walking distance to town. A comfortable good sized room and a comfy bed.

Sockets needed an adapter, I didn't have one, we had to ask at the reception. Some were not working at all. We didn't have an iron, insect nets on the windows and it was mandatory to leave keys every time we went out and in. Breakfast is more like a coffee with something sweet, that is, without actual food (omelet, vegetables, etc.)

A big plus is the indoor parking and the fact that the yard closes at night so your belongings are safe.

A very simple and not necessarily good breakfast. For my part, there were a lot of mosquitoes and no solution to kill them. Soundproofing between rooms is not very good.

The only things were : - the absence of a restaurant for dinner - the easy chair in the room looked good but was not comfortable, - there was no table in the room to work on a laptop. These were all minor though - minor inconveniences.

Most outstanding were the staff who were all wonderfully helpful and friendly. But the house, it's garden and ambience were all beautiful and most pleasant. Breakfast was good too.

Very simple breakfast and the shower is rubbish (you have to hold the showerhead...).

Location, atmosphere, its truly beautiful. Clean hotel and great staff. Very friendly. Free parking ourside. Closer to the ponte vecchio than you think (15-20min walk).

Air conditioning weak in room 102. Bit dated overall , but charming . Not enough outlets to charge phones ,etc. One outlet not working in our room . Small ants in bathroom crawling on walls . Had to ask for bug spray to self apply to control, at the expense of chemical smell in our small room, which was annoying .

Breakfast was mediocre . No eggs , limited selection of breads, pastries . Good location , easy walk to centre, and major tourist sites .

Breakfast does not any vegatables, hot meals. The furniture in the room needs to be renewed. Wifi was poor. Generally, the hotel is a little bit outdated.

The hotel is an old fashion one, it needs some improvements, the furniture needs to be changed, the bathroom also. If there will be this kind of modifications it s going to be a perfect one.

The hotel is near the center and the staff very friendly and ready to help.

No fridge and location was a little far out of town. Took us around 20 minutes to walk in to Ponte Vecchio each day.

Room was a decent size and had most things we needed except a fridge, which was a little annoying as we couldn’t keep cold drinks and medication in our room. Breakfast was simple but sufficient and served in a lovely garden area. Located in a lovely tree lined street outside of town.

The room and the bathroom are outdated, the furniture is old bust still functional and comfortable. The bed side tables were very old. There was only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones etc. We were on the ground floor and we could hear noise from the reception.

Convenient location just outside the city walls and one entrance of the Giardino dei Boboli. The hotel is nice with private parking. The breakfast is served apparently in a nice garden (we left early in the morning). The room was clean with nice A/C. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mold in shower and no plug in bathroom. In fact only 1 plug in the whole room. They let me borrow an adaptor since the outlets were so old. Breakfast wasn't great. The hotel is just extremely old and you could hear every single little noise from outside of the room. You get what you pay for.

Staff was very friendly and bed was comfy with clean linens. Nice that they had free parking on the premises. It was very walkable to city center.

Breakfast could have been better and there is no ice available on the hotel, which would have been nice since the temperatures were sweltering.
