You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MaltaFar from Faenza, so rented a car to move around - but hotel is close to highway so makes it easy to visit say Ravenna and Brisighella. Hotel very clean and staff friendly - nothing to complain about. Had a system of pre-cooked meals for those wanting to eat in the room. Some nice eateries within 10 minute drive of hotel.

United KingdomCar park a bit scruffy and hotel a bit tired. Room clean but basic. Toilet roll holder broken when we arrived? (Told it wasn’t our fault!?). Curtain a bit grubby and window a bit flaky. It’s a shame that a non smoking room has cigarette burns on the bathroom basin. Breakfast ok but no information for dietary intolerances.
Great location and extremely helpful staff. Room good and location was convenient.

BulgariaThe location is at the periphery of the city - it is easily accessible by car, yet it did not seem accessible by public transport.
The staff was kind and fully supportive. Because of my delayed arrival they sent clear directions on how to access the room as the reception was closed after 11pm. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, Internet was working fine.

SwitzerlandThe car park was full by the time we arrived, so it took a while to find somewhere to park. For this tired, tall traveller, I couldn't get the automated check in scanner to work because I'd completely missed that is was under the screen, rather obscured for tall people. It looks like you should scan your ID using the screen, but no, there's a scanner hiding below. The remote reception staff were very helpful and soon had everything sorted out.
Clean, modern, automated check in system for people arriving late. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, very good value. Very close to the motorway, making for an easy stop over.
