We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Decent. Deserves more than the current (6.8-6.9?) rating, it is definitely a 7-ish. Breakfast options was average but fair and enough. Staff was helpful on the phone also in person. Very close to tram! Working AC... good for 1 night.

Location was nice, in 1 min from direct bus to Venice. And way will take only 10 min. The breakfast option have no variety and repeatable. Served in the nearest hotel. The room is small but good for few nights. The bedsheet and bath towels were perfectly clean.

PolandAir vent does not handle heavy moisture in the air. Rooms are hot most of the time. Rooms are in poor condition.
The price is really good. It is located near bus and tram stations so it's super easy to get to Venice. Hotel rooms have safes and are cleaned daily.

BrazilThe shower is super small, and because the door was broken, it ended up leaving the bathroom wet and slippery. The beds were separated (but we knew that already before making the booking). There is no fridge or wardrobe.
The location is excellent, there is a bus stop right in front of it and also a train station that goes straight to Venice.. The price was also good, considering that was the cheapest option, including breakfast. The breakfast is basic but with all the necessary things included (all very good), and yes, we had to go once to the hotel in front (just across teh street), which was not at all a problem for us. The air-conditioning was working great! The staff were friendly and helpful with all we needed.

DenmarkThis place is an inexpensive place to stay and honest about this. However, the (lack of) atmosphere of the room verged on being slighly nasty. There are many examples of no frills and rock bottom hotels and hostels that still offer a friendly atmosphere in their rooms and a minimum of cosiness and comfort, if at a very basic level - and it would be great if this place got inspired.
What I liked was the friendliness of the staff, the convenience and quiet quality of the location, the sleeping comfort offered by the bed, the general cleanliness and the fact that I felt I had received an honest deal considering the price and what was on offer.

We had a good stay, the location is quiet and right around the corner from the main train station so easy to get into the main part of Venice. Staff are also friendly.

It was a good location for the train station so caring trains into the heart of Venice was very easy and cheap. (Make sure you buy train tickets)
