Reviews online state that location is close to canal. Exceptionally hard to find but once you find it, it's easy to navigate back to.

The breakfast was quite limited and the same each morning. I would have liked the option of fresh fruit or something a little different from the basic ham and cheese selection.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. It had everything in it that we needed.

I paid the same amount as a couple for my booking but I only got a single bed; disappointing. Supplements should offer a double bed for dije occupancy in my humble opinion.

The room I had, included a damaged bathtub. The shower head would not stay in place and the way the bathtub was shaped, the water would spill onto the floor. The shower curtain was folded in half and moldy on the bottom. Lighting is extremely dark but may be apart of the vibe. Overall did the job, but wouldn't book again if I had another choice.

It was tucked away. Even though it sits on top of a restaraunt, noise levels were not too bad. Good for a short stay and solo travellers. The room had the basics!

One of our bathroom was a wet bathroom (look it up if you don't know). I'd always been curious about these but now I can confidently say I do not recommend and would suggest you check you don't get that one because it was quite a slipping hazard and tedious once a few people had showered. The breakfast spread was subpar and a crowded shitshow when we arrived, one tiny room and lots of yelling? There were things like glasses were supposed to be set on tables by waiter and that's how you had a glass for water but they weren't bussing tables and if you asked for a glass you were told to sit down. Unpleasant. Croissants were very good though. There's not a lot of great restaurants nearby, the hotel suggested the restaurant owned/connected to the hotel and we went and while it was reasonably priced it was the worst food of our Italy trip. Edible, but not worth it.

The rooms had an elegant design and were very comfy. AC worked. It's a charming hotel if you want to be near San Marco which we thought we did, but having been there now I would suggest staying elsewhere on Venice because San Marco is too tourist-y, meaning that everything is overpriced and shuts down around 7:00pm when all the day tourists go home. It made it hard to enjoy actually spending time in Venice. As a tourist who likes tourist-y things, try staying somewhere else- next time I stay I'm going to try and be closer to the train station just for convenience as Venice is mostly a walking center and traveling to this hotel with our backpack carry-ons was manageable but I'd avoid next time.

Comfortable bed, toiletries, air conditioning. Staff very helpful when arriving at midnight at the location, although the reception was closed we called and a staff member came to open for us. In the city centre close to shops and cute streets.

The room decoration is outdated and the room itself was much smaller than what it appeared on the website photos. Breakfast was very basic.

Friendly staff, great location near St. Marcus Square. There's a lift, which is a plus in Venice.
