Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot the easiest place to find, the directions could be improved. We had some issues with our air conditioning first night but these were rectified the following morning. otherwise great.
great location just a 3 minute walk from St Mark's Squate. Spacious, comfortable room with a bath, which is unusual for Venice and very welcomed at this time of year. Good breakfast with some seating on the outside roof terrace, which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

United StatesI'm not sure if it was just my room or the entire hotel that didn't have AC. Personally, it was fine for me as I was just there for 2 nights and it was still cool enough for me from the breeze outside coming through the window.
Location was great, walking distance to everything and there's a good restaurant right around the corner. Room was a nice size and the décor was very cute. The bathroom and shower was also very spacious.

Location was excellent , less than 10minute walk from the Rialto Boat Stop and less that 5 minutes to St. Marks Square. The hotel itself has a restaurant underneath (not part of the hotel) that will tie you over when you check in. The hotel is basic a bit dated but clean. The continental breakfast in the morning is a nice way to start the day.

NetherlandsRoom was okey, but a shower curtain in the bath would have been handy. It is difficult to shower without making the whole floor wet. They didn't have a proper baggage storage room. You just had to leave your luggage under the stairs by the reception, basically anyone could have walked off with any bag. All hotels in Venice are expensive, so don't expect too much for you money.
Location was the best! Very central, close to San Marco Breakfast was good.

United KingdomJacizzi Bath with shower provided but without a shower screen or curtain so water went everywhere also no plug for the bath so we couldn't use it as a bath either. One night here was enough, and the value for money was evident. Had it been more expensive, we would have been very disappointed.
The location was great. Cloae to everything. Breakfast was pleasant, and the waitress at breakfast was very accommodating , friendly and well organised. Freshly baked croissants were lovely. Yoghurts cheese ham bread as expected for a continental breakfast. Coffee great. Roof balcony pleasant to sit out at breakfast. Room was clean. Bed was firm but comfortable.

United KingdomThe breakfast really was the most basic continental possible (especially considering the supplement). I'd recommend visitors to skip this option if possible and go to nearby cafes, there's an excellent one around the corner. The attached restaurant is open til late and could be quite loud at times.
As the pictures show it is ornately decorated and the location is excellent for walking around the city. We went when it was fairly warm and the room stayed nice and cool.

Lovely hotel with very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable, larger than one would expect in this aerea. Very good location, just a few minutes walk from Rialto and San Marco square, but still very quiet. Lovely roof top terrace for breakfast. We were able to leave our bag during our departure day, very convenient. Helpful personnel. Would recommend!
