Very small shower, barely enough to move around. The room was also small. A lot of external noise. The reception service was reasonable. They didn't let us use the Wi-Fi in the lobby, only in the room. There was no locker to leave our bags, only at reception.

Hotel close to public transport, excellent breakfast with plenty of tasty food. Cozy room with air conditioning.

The Ac wasn't good enough and it was scorching hot outside. The location is not as described. a bit of a walking although durable A quite busy road outside..

Fridge wasn’t working. In this 38° heat when you are walking around cant even have a cold water in room. We did inform receptionist but no response. Shower was too small.

Location is the best part. Trams, bus stops are near by. Lots of stores including pharmacy. Breakfast was simple but enough. Specially waiting/cook was amazing.

The personnel charged me twice for the city tax, because they didn’t register my first payment and at the check out they tried to charge me with a beverage from the minibar we didn’t even consumed.

This place is advertised as having an "airport shuttle". It turns out it's just that the front desk calls you a cab. I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle, which I thought could pick up my husband, dog, and our things (we were separated because I had to leave the airport in an ambulance with my 4-year old when the airport doctor suspected she had pneumonia). But it turns out they just call around for a cab, and we couldn't find one that could accomodate all our stuff. So we although we booked two rooms for our family, we ended up just using one, and my husband had to book the Best Western near the hotel, which had an actual airport shuttle. Walls are thin, when I walked out of our room for a moment I heard my kids talking in our room, loud and clear.

Friendly staff, worn but aesthetic old-fashioned hotel in a nice and convenient part of Milan, close to the Metro and things to do. The breakfast was small but nice. The woman at the front desk worked hard to try to get my husband, our dog, and our luggage picked up from the airport, even though she was ultimately unsuccessful.

Small room, noisy air conditioning, doors of the shower were defect. Although dogs are allowed we were asked to leave the breakfast with our wiener dog, leaving us in a very uncomfortable situation. It would have been nice being told in advance about their pet policy at the check in

The location of the hotel is perfect, you are directly in the inner city and can visit the cathedral by a 20 min walk. We liked the furnishing style of the room and hotel.

Not a big issue, but the shower was really small, it was in the corner and was difficult to get in, and the room was a but small, other than that everything was very good, I cannot complain :)

The staff was really polite, kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. It was easy to find, and there is public transportation to get there. We had AC in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. I loved the style of the hotel.

Internet sucked, signal could not be steady enough to do anything. No air until the May 15, the entire hotel was to warm.

Location to downtown was perfect, breakfast was good, clean, nice size rooms, bed was comfortable.

I missed having shower gel and shampoo as there was only one small piece of soap. The tv was small and there was no kettle to make tea in the room.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and overall good value for money. Recommend only for short stays as the hotel room is small. Breakfast was decent.
