It is scheduled from the hustle of Siena which suited us perfectly. Very relaxed whilst maintaining a chic atmosphere. Food was good and the wine selection was excellent. Our room was very spacious with a larger en-suite and comfortable bed

Honestly, I can't think of anything.

Excellent staff, beautiful decor, and stunning property. The breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. They responded to my emails before my arrival and made all requested arrangements. The rooms are comfortable and charming with little touches that give them a simple elegance. I was traveling with adults, but I could see families with children enjoying it as well. The pool was heaven and the grounds magical. I am still dreaming of this place and hope to return someday.

The room a bit dated. Families with kids at the pool that took over the whole pool. I have kids too but am always aware of other guests’ needs.

If you are looking for a truly exceptional atmosphere, this is your hotel. Nestled within the hills outside of Siena, this place is a gem when it comes to the exquisite buildings and the restaurant. Food top notch. We had breakfast and dinner there. I had the best Parmiggiana Melanzana of my whole life. Delicious food! Room a bit dated, which wouldn't keep us from staying there again, though. Super helpful staff. I forgot my ipad in the room 🙈 and they sent it to Switzerland and took great care it didn’t get lost. Thank you so much!

Firstly we want to thank the hotel and all the staff. This was the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in and we are very well travelled. From the greeting to the room to the pool, to the cleanliness to the staff everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole focus of the staff was to make the guests happy, which we were. We had a suite and it was stunning. Very large, clean and serviced daily. My son slept on the sofa bed and it was probably the most comfortable sofa bed we have ever known! The bed in our room was huge and very very comfortable. Plenty of storage space for clothes etc and everything you can wish for waiting in the bathroom with a huge shower. The food was exceptional and our visits to the restaurant in the evening left you wanting for nothing. The wine list was exceptional too. We really could not ask for more and wish we had stayed another night or two.

Property is really unique, nothing I have seen before, with the spirit of middle ages, fascinating nature and calm like nowhere else. The staff was very polite and welcoming, friendly and always smiling! The service is wonderful, you feel very much at home at this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!

It's a small quibble but the stairs into the pool felt a little unsafe.

The setting is beautiful l as is the decor and architecture. There are gorgeous and different spots to sit and admire different aspects.of the buildings and extensive grounds. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and with imagination. The staff are welcoming and more than helpful.

We had a lunch at the beautiful restaurant. The true is, that we waited really looong for the meal to come. Otherwise there was really nothing to complain about.

The atmosphere was absolutely stunning! It was total highlight of our travel through Tuscany. The property with its gardens is very spacious and everyone has a lot of privacy. I would like to thank you for accepting children and not excluding them from the most beautiful areas like it happens in many other hotels. We do our best to teach the them to understand the atmosphere of places. Therefore in your hotel we could enjoy our holiday time as a family all together and share the experience of this magical place! We will hopefully come back!

Everything was perfect!

My daughter and I stayed a night here. It was stunning. The staff are thoughtful and knowledgeable. The rooms are spectacular so many spaces to explore and enjoy. We just totally unwound here. The breakfast was delicious. It is a great memory I will keep forever.

The only down full, was the power outages while we stayed over the two days. Effecting, showering- hot water and cooling unit-air conditioner- lights-tv.

Hotel Certosa was wonderful. The ambiance was relaxing and the staff incredibly helpful. The beds comfortable with fresh towels and flowers daily. The food was so delicious, we often stayed all day and night in the hotel enjoying the music and local wines. Fantastic large swimming pool and well maintained gardens. Outdoor dining was a delight. Walking distance to Siena or a short taxi ride. Thank you for making our stay so special and for your hospitality.
