We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicThere really isn't anything nearby in the area (I was without a car, by all is manageable anyway:)! No connection to Rome by public transport late evening.
The staff, the pool, the tranquility. it's a meditative, clean and quiet place where you can really rest your soul. Breakfast was modest but tasteful. The staff is top notch.

RomaniaWe had a lovely stay! The hotel staff was very helpful and assisted us each time we had a question or issue. The room was cleaned daily and also the bedsheets and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was varied with both sweet and salty food. Getting to the city center was not a problem as the hotel offered free transportation to and from Labaro train station. From there it took around 15-20 min to reach Flaminio station (3 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo).

It is a short train ride x 30 minutes into Flaminio Station, and easy walk from there to central Rome sites via Piazza de Popolo. Local restaurant in walking distance. If you are driving easy access to autostrada. .

NetherlandsFamily run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They offer free daily rides to and from the nearby train station which is very convenient since it saves a 15 minute walk. From there it's a 20 minute ride to the center (1.50 euros for a ticket). Rooms are clean, with air conditioning, and Netflix abilities on TV (use your own account). Swimming pool (closes at 19.00) and gym available.

Quiet and clean place to stay. It’s a family run hotel and the family are exceptional. Both son and father drove us to and from the nearest station on numerous occasions with a smile. The hotel is about 25/30 minutes out from the centre but that’s fine as it’s very similar to London with a tube service. You can get a 24hr ticket for only €7 per person. Do not pay for a taxi. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Great hotel, I was suprised by a very warm welcome on my arrival. Owner was very helpful to get to the city center and explain everything. Breakfast was good for me, more then enough. Room was spacious, clean towels everyday. Hotel is located at the outskirts of the city but they've can transport You to train station and back. Pool closes bit early but You can always spend half a day in the pool and rest in the city center exploring.

EstoniaI wish I had known about the total lack of grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood - there were no decent places to get food in a walking distance, which meant we did not have any dinner for 2 days as it was too hot to adventure out on public transport to a location with more facilities with a small child. There was a little roadside pub/bar nearby that saved the day but one can function on sandwiches and chips only for so long...
The room had excellent air conditioning which was crucial since we visited during a heat wave. The room was also spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The best feature of the hotel was definitely the pool where my 3-year-old spent many, many hours during our stay.

We liked the pool and the gym the best. The gym was open late in night. The staff is also very helpful and nice. The hotel is far from city centre, but they provided free shuttle to the nearest train station.
