We arrived in showering rain, but we found the parking quickly and we were taken to the flat by electric car. The hostes, who waited for us in the flat, is very sweet, explained us everything and booked the electric car back to our parking place on our leaving day. Everything went soomthly, and what is more the flat has an AMAZING and SPECTACULAR VIEW of the castle of Sirmione. We could not believe how wonderful this trip would be till we arrived at this fabulous flat. It gave us a head start of joy to the most delicious ice-creams, pizzas and exciting wonders of the place. The castle is amazing, the water is perfect and the people are friendly. We loved being here and would love to come back as soon as possible.

The location was amazing. The apartment had a direct view to the lake Garda and the castle and it was stunning. The host was super nice and offered help for tours, parking, etc. The apartment was spacious, had 2 big beds, nice kitchen, clean bathroom, small, but cute balcony. Everything was great.

The lights in the hallway are on a timer but the timer is too short - it needs to be longer so you're not in the dark.

Sofa bed not very comfortable and not much space in the kitchen/living area when sofa bed in use (better to have a single sofa bed). I would prefer a washing machine in the bathroom than a bidet. Even without a washing machine, a clothes dryer would help dry hand washed underwear and swim wear.

Amazing location, clean, functional and very good value. A/c worked well as did opening windows for air flow.

Although the bathroom and kitchen were very clean, the floor was not - there was dust, dirt, crumbs and hairs all over. Wouldn't have been too much of an issue but we couldn't find a brush - we found on check out that the brush was dismantled and tucked into a secondary bin behind the usual bin under the sink - only noticeable if you pulled it fully out! If it had been pointed out on check-in we would have just swept up ourselves. There were also ants in the apartment, mainly in the bathroom, which was annoying to have them crawling around our toiletries and after a shower finding ants in the towels. Also be aware - because of the beautiful location next to the lake there are a *lot* of bugs/mosquitos - not the apartments fault by any means but you can't really enjoy the balcony or view with the window open as they fly in immediately (there are signs in the apartment warning of this). A word of caution - if you open the external window shutters in the bedroom be aware that there is no curtain, and visitors to the castle can and do look right in the bedroom when at the castle windows or on the roof all day long and the bed is directly in front of the window - we got a few waves whilst in bed!

The location is truly excellent, right in the centre of historic Sirmione and steps away from the castle, shops, bars and restaurants. We were absolutely spoilt for choice, it was exceptionally easy to pop in and out of the apartment all day whilst sightseeing as you're never more than a 10 minute walk from it, and it was wonderful to be able to experience Sirmione once the day crowds had left. The views are spectacular over the lake and there are plentiful amenities. Check-in was very easy.

Great location, right by the castle. New, lovely and very comfortable apartment. The host was very helpful and nice. Their arrangement with Grifo Parking was also terrific because it transports you to the apartment with your bags (and back). Very smooth operation made for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect little, but spacious studio apartment in Sirmione historical center, right next to Castello Scaligero di Sirmione. Situated in 4th floor (rooftop floor), with big balcony / terrace. Balcony has spectacular lake and castle view. Easy to find, entrance is on side of the building opposite Gelateria Romeo /Julia. There is comfortable double bed and sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen area is well equipped, with little stove top, little fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Comfortable dining area for 4 people inside, and outside on terrace. Bathroom has spacious shower. No lift in building.
