The restaurant was very good and the staff was kind. We did the wellness path at the SPA and we were so relaxed after!! We will return next year for sure!!

The apartment was simple but functional. We wish the living space was bit more comfortable to enjoy with the family as in having a sitting area instead of one pullout couch and dining table.

The beds! Way too soft for me. I substituted the mattress for a blow-up camping mattress that I had brought with me. The benefits of the place far outweighed this single disadvantage.

Soma maintenance could be done. It was not on Castellare di Tonda, but some guests around us had no feelling for other guests on vacation, they made noise at night and day constantly. The hiking trails are not marked properly.

Everyhing. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff. When we were leaving early, they prepared each one of us a breakfast package to go. It was delicious.

The restaurant was superb fantastic food wine and service in a beautiful setting! Great cocktails too and an added bonus of a live jazz band one evening. The mini club was brilliant too.

We would have liked a little bit better cleaning of the rooms. We had a lot of spiderwebs in the ceilings of our room also someone had forgotten to remove the soap in the shower of whoever previously lived in the room. Likewise for the pool area, almost all of the chairs around the pool were covered in bird poop unfortunately. Wi-Fi is not the most stable.

Nice area in the Tuscan countryside, with some nice activities to do, especially the horseback riding! We spent a lot of our time at the stables and staff there was so nice especially Elsa 😄! Breakfast okay with a good selection of various things. Took a hike around the area and used the spa as well which was quite relaxing.

Whilst the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, there were no basic condiments. If you provide a kettle and a coffee maker, they should provide some tea and coffee. Not so. If you provide a kitchen, you should provide some dishwashing liquid and a dish cloth. Not so. If you have a swimming pool, you should provide towels. Not so. If you are staying three nights, you should expect the room to be serviced at least once. Not so. If you are not aware that you should bring all of the above items with you then you are somewhat stranded as the closest shopping is at least 15 minutes away. Travellers from overseas (like us) rarely have these items on hand. Activities on the retreat were very expensive. We did not see anyone taking these activities during our time there. Reception staff were not helpful. 4PM check-in...

Well appointed 1 bedroom apartment on a rural retreat style place. Breakfast was superb, as were the restaurant staff. Nice pool.

difficult to find, no commodity, too expensive, extra paid breakfast in an area were the is nothing near to buy and eat. no lightning at night

the environment is great if you want to be in the Tuscany country side.
