Lovely family run b&b, very welcoming owners. Lot of thought has gone into the facilities available for guests. Beautiful spacious room with everything you need. Fabulous breakfast with a different homemade treat everyday.

Limited breakfast options and quality. The quality of the breakfast can be improved as most products are supermarket basics. They can charge a bit more if required to improve the variety and quality. Also maybe invest in a barista machine would be great. Secondly there are 5 rooms and all of different sizes and shapes, with some roadside with obvious noise from the busy road. Our room was the roadside one and there is a street light that beams into the bathroom ( and therefore the room) all night. If you close the bathroom door the AC does not impact the bathroom and therefore the bathroom temperature increases. So you have to leave the bathroom door a bit open at the expense of the streetlight beaming in.

Cozy B&B with 5 rooms therefore not crowded and very private and intimate. Close to Pietrasanta centre. The property is beautifully renovated with a luxurious feel. From flooring to the furniture everything is good quality and gives you a nice experience. The renovated farmhouse is set on the foothills of the Apuan Alps and therefore present beautiful mountain views.

The road is very close and quite busy but the double-glazed windows ensured that our sleep was not disrupted.

Casale 1918 is a delightful bed and breakfast featuring beautifully furnished rooms with top-notch fixtures and fittings. The double-glazed windows, efficient air conditioning, and incredibly comfortable bed all contributed to a restful night's sleep. The homemade breakfast was a culinary delight, and the hosts went above and beyond by offering coffee even after breakfast hours. The pool area is a gorgeous retreat with loungers and a patio. The hosts and staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

This B&B is a lovely place in Pietrasanta. The B&B has been renovated to the highest standards and is one of the nicest places we've stayed. WiFi, AC, a modern bathroom, double paned windows, spacious rooms, comfy bed, fluffy towels, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. All of the facilities are decorated in good taste and everything is exceptionally clean. Plus an elevator! We didn't have a car and they picked us up from the train station. If we're in the area again, we would stay here in a heart beat. There is a pool, a lovely outdoor area and a kid's play area. Unfortunately we were there during a terrible rain storm, otherwise we would have sat by the pool. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t understand why we didn’t have access to the downstairs living and dining area when the host was off site. This meant we were restricted to the outdoors and our room. A lovely space which would have been nice to use all day (specially as my partner was working during our stay - this would have been ideal for him.

it’s an exquisite renovation of a farmhouse and barn, and everything is so stylish. The furniture is beautiful. Every detail has extra attention. The couple running it, Giuseppe and Elena are really nice but give you space. The breakfast is delicious and good coffee. we will definitely return here for a 3/4 night break again

Casale1918 was a little close to the road but the advantages of the location and the facilities overrode that!

Beautiful, newly renovated house very close to wonderful Pietrasanta! Fantastic hosts, who were extremely helpful with everything, from tips and local knowledge about restaurants, beach spots, attractions and events! It was great to have the pool at the residence to have a few relaxing days around it! Fabulous breakfasts outside and friendly guests to chat with! The Casale1918 location was great for trips into Pisa, Florence and surrounding areas in Tuscany, as well as short 20 minute trip up to the beautiful Apua Alps! It was also great for just a 15 minute walk to the old town, with fabulous restaurants of all kinds, with great Italian cuisine!

Superb recently refurbished farmhouse with a charming hostess. The establishment is quite close to the road but the noise did not disturb us. Close enough to the village to be able to walk into the charming old quarter. The hostess recommended an excellent restaurant.
