Nothing to dislike.

Amazing property. The two-bedroom apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best pools I have ever swam in. The outdoor pergolas available for every room also provide the perfect place for eating meals… you may never have to leave. Location is also great to explore nearby towns such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena and more.

Beautiful grounds and pool, quiet and peaceful, lovely rooms with lots of space. Lovely owner, however he only speaks Italian and we only speak English with limited words we know from Italian so it was slightly difficult to communicate. We managed to work out what the other was saying so no issues.

The location is all you wish for when coming to Tuscany: the view, the calm, the proximity of all the Tuscan beauties.

The kitchen was not very well equipped. It lack a few obvious things like a spatula and good pots and pans .

The grounds and the swimming pool were fantastic. The outdoor shaded area was also very useful.

The owner and his father are very kind and helpful. The houses are clean and the accommodation is well maintained. Lots of green, grass, nice and clean pool. Lovely private seating. Would love to come here again.

The beautiful scenery, relaxing time, clean accommodation, refreshing pool, friendly owner, and kind grandfather made our time at La Fiorita a perfect vacation without anything lacking. Although we didn't rent a car due to invalid driver license problem, thanks to Massimo, we were able to comfortably get to not only the accommodation but also the nearby market. The tour and meal at Avignonesi winery, which is a 10-minute walk away and recommended by Massimo, were also perfect. Thank you for leaving us with such wonderful memories, La Fiorita.

Would be nice to have breakfast.

The farmhouse and surrounding area are very nice and quiet. The apartment is spacious, beds comfy. Massimo was very helpful, provided the check-in even though we arrived quite late and advised a very nice restaurant nearby. Avignonese winery is in a walking distance, that was very convenient.

Nice location in a wonderfull landscape: the Tuscan hills are splendid and the house has a very romantic country style, but it is also quite functional and comfortable. We really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing pool

For a group of friends looking for a calm place to stay, the children taking over the swimming pool can be bothering.

The location was so peaceful. The apartment very pretty, clean and comfortable. We also had our own outdoor table we’re we had breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool with unique view on tuscany hills.

The surroundings are beautiful. Rolling hills and rows Of Cyprus trees. The pool area is perfect. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs for all. Private outdoor, shaded dining area. Apartment feels very Tuscan. Very clean. Airco works well. The property is stunning here. I would recommend it.

Some basic amenities were not provided, such as hairdryer, coffee and tea. Wifi was ok at pool area but did not work at all in our apartment.

we booked depending on the pictures and then they gave us a small room for a couple with double beds and the mattresses were not good either . the door to our room has no lock . the pool wasn’t mentioned to be closed and then we arrived we got to know it was closed long before , it was such a big disappointment and it wasn’t clearly mentioned , if it was we wouldn’t have booked the space because there is no other attraction about the space . the Wi-Fi was very bad and the evening we had gas smell alllllll the time throughout night and the property dint know what it was and told us some story of some reason irrational. it spoilt our time there . in total such a total disappointment and waste of time to travel all the way there .

Nearest supermarket is 20 km away. Bad internet connection inside the house, outside is was OK.

The estate is simply gorgeous, the owners really go above and beyond to keep it neat and tidy all day, every day. The apartments are in traditional Tuscan style, super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully equiped and very well stocked, including small details like extra herbs, coffee, tea, paper towels, everything is provided for. The pool is amazing, so is the pool area and every apartment has a private patio (ours was right next to the pool). A car is a must as you are quite far away from anything, free parking available on the premises.
