Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, very modern appliances, nice extras , like coffee pods ,, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, city parking garage in levanto, worth 10E per day) as paid parking is everywhere and it is 2 minutes walk from grocery store. So park, visit cinque terre by train or ferry, come back pick up dinner , toss in car go back to apt, Note that the apt is 10-12 min drive uphill from levanto and the parking is limited if you arrive late at night. The bedroom and bath is located downstairs so it is always blissfully quiet and cool, nice high ceilings. Host is wonderful, speaks Eng., French, and Italien.

United StatesWe had no problem with this booking.
Booked this rental shortly before our trip, and we were so pleased with this house. The house is large, two story, enough room for four adults. It is located in a beautiful tiny village above Levanto, only a short drive from the train station of Levanto or the autostrada. There is free parking in a little lot next to the road, just a very short walk up the hill from the property, very safe and convenient. It was very, very quiet, and felt like a world away from the busy tourist areas of Cinque Terre. The house had everything we needed, all appliances worked perfectly and everything was really clean. There was a fan to keep the kitchen/living room area nice and cold and an outside sitting area. Communication with the owners was easy, owners spoke great English. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown everything. The owner helped us bring in our luggage, and take it back to our car at check out. We even received some snacks and cold water at no charge and the owners live next door, in case we needed help. The owner also has a reserved parking place in Levanto that guests can use. We would definitely stay there again, and can highly recommend this rental.

GermanyCasa Sara is a brand new cosy and clean house where you find everything you need for your stay. The host is very kind and is there for you anytime you need them. What we loved about Casa Sara was that you feel yourself at home during your stay. Casa Sara is well located where you can enjoy the levanto beach by car in just 10 minutes. Same goes to Levanto main station where you can take a train to Cinque Terre and La Spezia. Perfect for a family with two kids. We loved it and will come back again.
