Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Casa Sofia was as described & even though there were 5 x adults in our group, we made ourselves comfortable and felt at home. Our host communicated very well and was always responsive if we had any questions. The location of this property could not be any better !!!

United StatesLocation, Location, Location. It was just a great decision to rent this property. Busses, taxi, city center, all just in up to minute to walk. 8 minutes to walk to public beach on a beautiful walk path. Owner was permanently in touch when needed.

United StatesThe Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day, but they had it fixed the following day. Shows that the host cares about its residents. The bathroom is quite small and we shared with 5 people, but it was fine. No issues.
The location does NOT get better than this location, we walked to the ferry. We walked to the beaches, we were right in the middle of the city and the night life. The property had really strong AC that kept us cool and comfortable. They had a washer that came in super handy when we got very sweaty from doing the path of gods hike. This location is perfect for all the great restaurants. The host was super helpful getting us taxis and when the WiFi didn’t work they called the service provider to help us.

Location was perfect, right at the old town and around the corner from viewing point. We didn't meet host but he was excellent - very helpful and responsive. Quickly sorted any issues or queries we had. Bedroom was lovely and spacious with plenty storage and hangers. Aircon in bedroom and living area.

UkraineA shower cabin seems to be a little bit outdated, it would be nice if the door closes a bit better or to remove something like mould in a few places etc. However, the level of facilities and furniture and so on was higher than what was expected for the price!
Location is amazing, close to the beaches, bus station, shops! New ZealandThere is one bedroom, if you are thinking of sharing this with another person or couple the second room is also the living area with table etc. This is not clear from the pictures. Bathroom area is quite small with a bit of mould that could do with being cleaned.
The home location is great and the host is amazing to work with. The entry instructions are very clear and communication was great. The home is kept tidy.
