Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceI went to look for the nice beach and coast as in the picture but walked all the way down for 15 min and did not see it as nice.
The room is nice and quiet with a comfy double bed and a single bed. There is a small fridge and a nice bathroom. You can find cheap bars for breakfast and restaurants around. Checkin and check out was autonomous.

Romaniavery good! very clean room with immaculate towels and linen, in a beautiful neighborhood, 5 minutes' walk from the sea. the room is also equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning. there is a bus stop that is 2 minutes away on foot, route no. 1 goes directly to the center and for the airport route no. 33. the same routes to return to the accommodation. the room is very close to the airport, if you don't want to go by bus (ticket cost 1.5e) you can take a taxi for 15e, for the center the taxi cost is about 20-25e, the bus ticket is also 1.5e. thank you Massimo for the help with the luggage, my flight being in the evening I had the opportunity to leave the luggage in a special place for that.

Small, but cozy, modern and clean appartment. Very helpfull host. We missed sevetar things, so he organized and brought us everything we needed, although it was quite late evening.

Also the property is located near the restaurants, supermarkets and the sea. The owner is really friendly and makes very good recommendations and helps you out with whatever you need.

Germanythe only problem was the wifi it was almost impossible to find a spot so it could work ☹️ and room was a bit wet (but it might be my problem cause I can’t sleep normally when it’s wet and hot 😁) the rest was perfect!!!
Everything was perfect ! room was always clean and nice to come to after a long day of walking. Location is very nice, 5min to the beach and about 3 min to the metro station. Everything inside the room seemed to be new and cozy! And the main thing is that the owner gave all the information regarding transportation and timings! you can reach almost every nice place from there. I loved staying there!

RomaniaPillow was to for me, but bed very comfy. An adapter would have been great in the room. Room is not in Bari. It is in the metropolitan area of Bari. You need time to go somewhere to do something, but I would definitly recommend to rent a car.

The room was completely different. it is much older and the bathroom was not renovated as in the pictures. you sleep in the entrance, there is only a very, very small window, and because of the the railway nearby, it is terribly loud. the bed creaks, it's also a loud night.
