Our shower had a bit of water leakage on flour - but that’s very minor nuisance..

Location is good. Bus stop is just next door. Train station is 17 minutes away. Walkable to any part of the centre of Rome. Staff are very kind, helpful and attentive. I felt safe at the property. We also enjoyed the balcony. I’d stay again.

None of our accommodations while in Italy provided a washcloth for the shower... maybe it's not an Italian thing??

The early morning breakfast pastries were a great bonus, also thank you for the great communication in getting into the accommodation, it was appreciated!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was very close to all the major attractions that a first time visitor to Rome would want to visit. The staff were kind, helpful and gracious! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!💕❤️

The property was walking distance to the Vatican and a short bus ride (right outside the door) to the main sights of Rome. The hosts were lovely and attentive and tended to all of our needs. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and we left the apartment every morning stuffed and ready to take on the day.

Absolutely nothing

The location of this place is perfect for visiting all of the sites around Rome with a bus stop right outside the door. The staff were amazing, friendly , welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The bed and room were very comfortable and there was a plentiful supply of hot water. We really enjoyed having the balcony where we could sit and have wine & beer from the local shop and pizza from the takeaway kit at a few metres down the street. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of choices from the continental style service with endless coffee & juice. Security was fine with door access codes from outside and a good lock on the room door. There was air conditioning in the room, plus plenty of sockets and good wi-fi. Arranged taxi pickup and drop off to the airport Thoroughly recommend using this place to anyone.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. It is important to note that most hotels in Italy do not provide irons in their rooms for safety reasons. They may be able to accommodate you using an iron in a private room, or they may be able to get it serviced at a local laundromat. The staff will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, no matter what.

Nothing to complain about. The breakfasts probably won't be to everyone's taste. It was sweet pastries, a yoghurt and toastie each morning. We're not too fussy and it was fine for us but don't expect a big spread of food.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Bed was nice and the shower was hot and powerful. Perfect place to stay for a long weekend trip like we did. Staff were very friendly, communication via WhatsApp was good before we arrived. They were very helpful with getting us tickets to attractions we hadn't pre-booked which saved us lots of time when we got there. If you plan on staying busy and need a comfy place to crash for the nights, this is perfect.

Amazing guest house and ideally located for Vatican City. A little further away from City, but bus stop just outside guest house if you needed it. We just walked in as only took 45 minutes to reach City. Staff were fab and gave us great tips for sightseeing and the room info upon check in definitely came in handy. Breakfast was so good.
