There is really nothing we didnt like. Just note parking is an easy 10/15minute walk from the accomodation (less easy if you have a big wheeled suitcase!) and shower temp could have been warmer but these are minor points

This place blew us away! Located in the centre of Sermoneta, it was a clean and comfortable stay. Our host was fantastic, he made sure we had everything we needed and helped us planning our itinerary all while maintaining our privacy. The balcony gave great views over the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped with 2 gas hobs, pots pans an utensils. Wifi was fast and smart TV was available to use with your own account. Checkin was easy even after midnight as it is self check in. We are so glad we booked this place. Keep in mind however most of the city only opens up from Thursday to Sunday, this is the best time to book!

Be prepared for a lot of steep stairs to get up to the top floor! We had no problem with that but if you’re having problems with stairs I would suggest booking one of his other rooms!

The terrasse was an amazing place to stay for a couple of nights while exploaring Sermoneta! Salvatore was extremely helpful with all we could need help with. Parking, restaurant recs, tourist attractions nearby - everything. He was very welcoming and had prepared small gifts upon arrival. It’s a very sweet, personal and private room with a LOVELY terrace and the ~VIEW~ to die for!!

AC should be more powerful. It was a problem in summer.

Excellent location. Nice terrace with picturesque view. Big room. Breakfast was not available, but it was not a problem given a lot of bars nearby.

This property was so unbelievably unique. We have never stayed anywhere like this. You can pretend that you went back in time, but with all of the comfort and amenities of today. Salvatore was so incredible- he helped me plan my trip ahead of time/ places to go and where to eat. He even loaned me his charger when I left mine in Rome!

Wonderful location with sublime views. Beautiful apartment, well fitted with all the amenities that you need. Great attention to detail. The host greeted you on arrival and was extremely helpful during my stay. Perhaps, an umbrella on the terrace to provide some shade would have been nice as it was extremely hot being the height of summer. I would certainly look to return again, but next time hire a car.

It’s a bit of a haul with your luggage, but worth it once you see the view

Everything was great. Our flight delayed, we arrived later than expected and Salvatore was very kind to give a detailed instructions for the self check in. The place is beautiful with wonderful view. The only sad thing is that we stayed only one night. I would have loved to stay more.

This property was perfection in every way. At the end of our honeymoon we wanted to visit the Gardens of Ninfa so we booked a couple of nights in this hotel and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Having stayed at 5 star hotels right before, we were amazed by this hotel! Salvatore has managed a perfect balance between the medieval origins of the house and modern amenities, with the latter discretely complementing the former, as to not take any charm away from it. He has also managed to anticipate every possible need, from installing a firestick to watch Netflix, to providing a telescope for stargazing. It is definitely the coziest place we have ever stayed at! Finally, he learned that it was our honeymoon from the people in the town and gave us a special gift.

Going up the statues is tough as it isn’t even but doable

was very clean, tastefully renovated and very thoughtful. we have found cold glasses and Prosecco and bottles of water for our use in the fridge.

It was perfect. I was tired after a long day of walking on the Via Francigena and the apartment was a wonderful respite from a busy day.

Beautifully arranged apartment, everything I needed was there and I was well looked after by Salvatore when I arrived. The view from the terrace of the apartment was stunning and the privacy of the area I was in was wonderful. I will certainly be back when I come to Ninfa gardens again next Spring.
