Casa Ines is a lovely apartment in the heart of Sorrento. It is light, open, and easy to live in. The sun and outside area are a haven away from bustling streets. The host, Lello, is superb—helpful and great at staying connected when needed. The apartment is close to the Grand Marina beach and boating excursions, yet just a few steps away from lovely restaurants, local artisan shops and a supermarket. Also, the outside washing line, washing machine, air conditioning, and TV capability were welcomed and appreciated. When you stay at Case Ines, you are amongst locals and their daily lives. This opportunity is a privilege for tourists to learn and observe. Book this if you can!

I think perhaps we would need more kitchen kit if we were cooking in.

We were visiting in March so it quite so warm. I think having the outside area would be great when a bit warmer. Spacious with just the two of us. Great location for town and Marina Grande

It was a bit noisy from the street some of the nights but it is unavoidable when you want to stay so central.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. The sofa bed in the living room was as comfortable as the double bed in the bedroom- perfect apartment for 4 people. Location was excellent - less than 10min to the Marina Grande, ferry terminal, train station, and around the corner from a lively street with restaurants and cafes. Lello was amazing host and accomodate us for earlier check-in and gave excellent local tips.

Excellent conditions, the host welcoming and helpful in establishing itineraries in the area. The sofa bed in the living room is as comfortable as the double bed in the bedroom. Quiet, central area, no more than 15 minutes from the port and the Circumvesuviana train station.

Lello was a great host. He met me near the apt, so I didn't need to figure out where it was, or how to get in. He had the kitchen stocked with some nice food and beverages, which was very welcoming. Also, he was kind enough to check in with me every few days, just to see how my trip was going, and if he could offer any help or insight into anything.

We can hear clearly the neighbor and the nearby bar but we dont mind as its not all night. :)

Location was brilliant, apartment was very comfortable, Lello the host is very good, knowledgable, friendly and chilled out. Our children love the place specially the patio/balcony. Will definitely recommend this plave to our friends and family.

Location could not have been better, Sorrento at your doorstep, but very quiet at night. Large private patio area was the star of the show. Nice to have a private oasis in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Older decor, but typical Italian, very functional and clean. Could not have asked for better. Thank you!

The location was absolutely incredible. It was extremely hot while we were in Sorrento, and having accommodation so close to all the restaurants and shops made it so easy for us to go out for the day, sneak home for a quick shower and to cool off in the air conditioning, then head back out for dinner. There were 2 air conditioning units that were very powerful and cooled the accommodation with ease. The washing machine and clothes line were extremely useful. Above all else, our host Lello was incredible. He gave us incredible recommendations, including convincing us to take a small boat tour (12 people max) to Capri, instead of the public ferry. After we completed the tour to Capri, we thought the boating/swimming was the best part (we enjoyed it far more than the time on Capri) and we would have had a horrible day if we had been crammed on a Ferry with so many others and missed out on all the sights and swims around the island. To top things off, after we had checked out to take a Ferry to Amalfi, we unfortunately found out that all ferrys had been cancelled for the day due to large waves. We needed to get to Ravello to check in for our next stay. The buses were absolutely packed because of the cancelled ferrys and we could not find any private transfers/taxis available to get us to Ravello. Lello kindly helped us and organised a private transfer for us at a very reasonable rate. He really saved us a lot of stress and heartache. Thanks for an amazing stay, Lello!

Lello is a wonderful, friendly very helpful host. For the first breakfast, he left us delicious products and delicious lemons from his own garden. Well-equipped, quiet facility in a great location. The main promenade around the corner, the beach is also nearby, the port is close. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment. You can make spaghetti and brew coffee etc and etc. I highly recommend this facility !!! Lello, we greet you warmly and see you soon!!

Pricey parking couple blocks away from the property (but it’s like this everywhere in Sorrento), also it would be great to have proper duvet covers and not just a thin sheet even though it’s summer time

Lellò is awesome!! He met us at the taxi, helped with luggage and had great suggestions on where, what and how to enjoy Sorrento! He checked in with us daily. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio!

Great experience! Casa Ines was the perfect get away. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. It was clean and had all the amenities my family needed for our stay...not to mention the private balcony! Lello was a fantastic host. He greeted us up on arrival, was more than willing to provide us recommendations and assistance, and saw us off as we departed. 10 out of 10.

Everything was great. There is nothing that we did not like. Maybe a sun lounger or two would make the terrace even more comfortable. That said we have no complaints as there was a seating set and table with parasol and comfy chairs.

Lello our host was very responsive to questions and texts. He had a perfect mix of being available while affording us our privacy. Lello went over and beyond, meeting us at the top of the road day one, also he booked a day trip locally for us and when I texted to be sure we were in the designated meeting point he came to the port at 8am to assure us personally and waited until the operator arrived. The apartment is spotlessly clean with a spacious terrace and the location is just perfect. An eleven minute walk to and from the train station and shuttle buses and just steps from the main streets yet quiet and safe. I cannot recommend Casa Ines highly enough nor the welcoming and very helpful Lello.

Casa Ines is the perfect place to stay. The central location meant we had shops and restaurants on our doorstep and the train station was a short walk away. The flat was impeccably clean and everything worked. The private terrace was a real boon - a lovely spot for morning coffee, drinks and even the occasional meal (when we didn’t feel like eating out). The flat is very secure. Lello was attentive and helpful throughout and met us for check in at 10pm after our long flight and taxi ride from Naples. He provided a generous welcome pack (which kept us going all week!) and then texted daily to see if we needed anything. He was full of helpful advice on places to visit. Our accommodation could not have been better!
