In the middle of the night, an annoying buzzing noise was being emitted from the electrical panel. We couldn’t sleep without putting in earplugs

Beautiful property with accommodating staff. We were able to store our luggage early in the am and were even offered breakfast which wasn’t due us. The property was impeccable cleanliness wise. The room amenities were high quality

Hotel is really dark due to being in the center and in the small street - makes sense but pictures were a bit misleading. Also price seems a bit high to me considering the room and services.

If you arrive by car ,as we did ,it is almost impossible to stop to unload the luggage. Then you have to take it in the elevator to the reception. (The entry code was sent in the email.) You have to move the car immediately to a very close parking garage.The hotel gave us all the necessary directions prior to our arrival.

Tastefully decorated in a modern , upscale way. All the included amenities were thoughtful ( slippers, shampoo, conditioner, water bottle, mosquito plugin repellent,). The location was excellent within 10 min walk to the Duomo . Breakfast buffet much better than average, with choice of fresh fruit, and vegetables as well as usual items( cheese , cold cuts , baked goods and eggs prepared to order.) The room was quiet , looking over the low roof tops in the back of the building, away from the bustling street.

This hotel is so beautiful and central to everything! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see/do in Florence. The staff was exceptional - very helpful, allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Florence!

The breakfast was a little confusing in terms of what is available re. Eggs etc - and the only small thing about our room (even though it was gorgeous!!) was that it was facing the road and had rather noisy bin collections early in the morning

This hotel is amazing would absolutely stay again - we loved our stay, the rooms are brilliant and the staff are lovely. I was dubious about self check in but I can say the experience is seamless.

At breakfast, it would have been nice to be offered a cappuccino or cooked egg options rather than having to seek out the staff member each morning.

Fantastic location, large room with lovely high ceilings and access to a terrace, great AC, the brilliant and comfortable honesty bar, and the lovely, helpful reception staff. Would definitely stay again 😊
