This hotel is so beautiful and central to everything! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see/do in Florence. The staff was exceptional - very helpful, allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free! Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Florence!

The breakfast was a little confusing in terms of what is available re. Eggs etc - and the only small thing about our room (even though it was gorgeous!!) was that it was facing the road and had rather noisy bin collections early in the morning

This hotel is amazing would absolutely stay again - we loved our stay, the rooms are brilliant and the staff are lovely. I was dubious about self check in but I can say the experience is seamless.

At breakfast, it would have been nice to be offered a cappuccino or cooked egg options rather than having to seek out the staff member each morning.

Fantastic location, large room with lovely high ceilings and access to a terrace, great AC, the brilliant and comfortable honesty bar, and the lovely, helpful reception staff. Would definitely stay again 😊

Loved the design/decor of this hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and loved their focus on sustainability. Breakfast was lovely. Great location near train station and very quick walk to Duomo and other major attractions. We also really liked the electronic code entry and felt very safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is wonderful! Our bedroom, the breakfast area, and the large sitting room were darling! The breakfast was huge and delicious. And best of all, the hotel manager helped us in so many ways, from helping us get museum tickets, giving advice on restaurants, and more! This was our most favorite hotel on our whole trip! I liked everything. The only slight ciriticism, is that breakfast only starts at 8am. It would be good if it started earlier, but I also understand that 8-10am is sufficient for most people

Rooms are cosy and maybe a touch small. We were there for business and although really like the ambience of wall lights, would have loved a little more light in the main room area. Air conditioning/thermostat was a bit confusing to use but this was minimal.

It was lovely to stay in a boutique hotel in a central location. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very welcoming. Overall, beautiful stay!
