Only small details prevented it from being excellent. Windows could do with repairs, the fan was very dusty on the inside (easily fixed, though), toilet seat was cracked. But these didn't amount to much.

Organisation and cleanliness were especially good, which is extremely important in a place with shared facilities.

The only downside was the occasional noise from the yard in the morning.

The flat was clean, sunny, spacious. The kitchen was amply equipped with everything you need for cooking. If you want to cook at home during your stay, this apartment is a good choice. You can also sit on the small balcony in the morning overlooking a nice inner yard while having your breakfast. The bathroom is shared but it was always very clean. A supermarket is within a few minutes' walking distance, as is a bus stop that will get you to the train station and to the sea side. The city center is maybe 20 minutes on foot. Communication with the owner was very easy. In my opinion, excellent value for money!

The street was quite noisy in the morning, as we got the room facing the street and windows open, it was 30 degrees outside. The ventilator helped though.

The only issue was the key lock for our room (Elias) did not work. After trying for a while we left it open to go out for the evening which was not ideal.

The house and the room was very clean with plenty of towels. the bed was confortable and the place had all we needed for a night. The bathroom was very clean with a big shower but missing the toilet seat for some reason.

Localization is okay, but not ideal. You will have to walk 20-30 minutes any time you want to go to the train station, city center, to catch a bus to the beach and so on.

Super-accommodating host, a very nice fellow that met all our needs, was easily accessible on WhatsApp and advised us on which beach we can go to, etc. I can highly recommend him! Also, very nice and quiet little balcony in the common kitchen (shared with other rooms, but oftentimes it's free to use) and the room was quite spacious, with towels, a wardrobe, etc.

The doors are old so the keys sometimes don't work and you get locked inside the rooms, specially the bathroom.

The people that arrive are so nice, it's a safety place and it's has a great location.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and other guests were friendly, too. There was a modern bathroom with washing machine and a shared kitchen for usage as well. Our room was quite big and comfortable. We only stayed one night but would probably come again.

Breakfast not provided, l provided my own. Not being able to park and unload luggage close by. And it was raining and difficult and had to park the car nearly a 3/4 of a kilometre away and make 2 trips to the car for gear.

Being able to wash my clothes in the washing machine provided. Being able to boil the kettle and make myself a cuppa anytime or cook toast in toaster ( is rare in ltaly & France in bnbs and hotels). Grazie Grazie!

In total there was nothing we were unhappy with. We enjoyed our stay and were really happy with our accomodation. The only point of criticism would be, that the street our room faced was quite loud sometimes when the windows were open, but after all that’s nothing!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, the room was extremely spacious, the kitchen had more than you would need and the bathroom was newly renovated. Everything was super clean, there was a fan and large towels provided and the host was friendly. The washing machine and dishwasher were accessible without a fee. Check in and Check out worked smoothly and the pictures don’t pay justice to how well maintained and supplied the apartment actually is! The city is easy to bea reached by bus and all you would need is in walking distance! Amazing apartment and a really pleasant stay!
