We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hostess was incredible. Picked us up at the Ferno train station and also took us to the Malpensa airport in the morning. Gave us a great dinner recommendation as well. The room last really large with a massive beautiful bathroom!! Would highly recommend the property. Very neat and clean and super large room. Great value for the money way better than staying at the airport.

IcelandNothing was wrong here exept maybe the extra bed was this “travel” kind of crab bed wich had actually wery comphy mattres on it. How ever it was kind of unstable to get in and out of so I wouldn’t recoment it for old people but other wice it was perfect stay
We booked the room because we had late arival at milan airport so we needed a place to stay for the night before continuing our trip. Up on arrival the owners were waiting on the doorstep like our grandparents and the made us feel wery welcomed. They gave us some tip out the airshuttle that I hadn’t seen in the ad. It was my fail that I hadn’t seen it in the email were they offered us a lift to the airport for way less than the taxi. They also offered us with out asking for it to give us a lyft to the airport to get the rental car for the morning after. Such a lovely people that I would recoment 100%

Great location for the airport, just one stop then a 5 minute walk to B&B. There is also a restaurant near by and a gelato.

This is a lovely B&B with friendly owners and just minutes from Milan's Malpensa Airport. The room and ensuite is really well set up as well as pretty and clean. The dinner recommendation ( a five minute walk away) had an excellent menu and friendly staff too. The airport drop off early the next day made everything easy.

The owners are the most polite and accommodating people ever and were constantly there to help and give recommendations. The grounds are beautiful and the room was just amazing. Best sleep i’ve had my entire trip. Breakfast as well was amazing the best and broadest selection i’m still thinking about that breakfast now. 10/10!!!
