We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaTwo aspects, the first of which is definitely temporary: some work was being carried out on the outside of the building, but without generating essential discomfort; just in appearance. A second aspect was the breakfast. This one, really was disappointing in every way. The small, cramped interior space, you were practically sitting at the same table as the one next to you. Unfortunately, the products are of average and below average quality, and their variety "sublime, but completely lacking"... What a pity not to give due importance to a common space, where you practically start your day... The hotel, except for breakfast, really deserves to be on your reservation list.
I liked the comfort of the room, starting from the fact that after a rather long drive, I found in the room mineral water, coffee, tea at discretion, a cold beer in the fridge :) , and the quality of the mattress and bedding, I would like to find as often as possible, in other hotels, too. A very generous bathroom, impeccable cleanliness. I liked the fact that they honoured the request to have a secured parking lot, even if one with payment.

HungaryThere was only one chair in a double room, however there is enough place for 2. The bathroom is beautiful, there is a small chair to sit down, but there were no shelf or anything els to put down your shampon and soap in the shower.
The hotel is 200 meters from the railway station ( trains to Venice in every half hour and it takes 25 minutes, the return ticket costs obly 10 euros). Safe inner parking place just at a beautiful ancient rome gate, 5 minutes from the main square. The best restaurant is just at the hotel. The personal is very helpful. The hairdrier was wrong, I got a new one in 2 minutes. The breakfast is very good, the room is very comfortable, the whole hotel is nicly renewed.

IrelandThe staff were amazing. They have a special room on the 4th floor to iron clothes. When I was there a member of staff, Olga, while on her break saw that I was struggling to use their industrial Iron. I couldn’t understand her Italian but she took my trousers and shirt and began to iron them for me without me asking. She did an amazing job and I thought it was such a friendly gesture and did not ask for anything in return. I would like to say Thank you to Olga.

SwedenBasically we were satisfied but we were unlucky to get a room where they renovated the room next door. It was a bit noisy in daytime and morning. However when we pointed this out the hotel offered to pay for our parking. I think they handled the situation very well.
The hotel is good with an excellent location. It is very close to the railway station and also to city centre. The staff is very helpful and supportive. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a safe and private parking which is very good.

The breakfast was good, staff very kindly, the rooms are good and clean, I just got surprise when arrive because the front of the hotel is kind of stranger, and the pics in booking is the back of the hotel. The hotel is being reformed but it's not complete, the infra is kind of old.
