It was so convenient for town and other facilities. It was exceptionally clean, very well appointed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was an added bonus. Convenient for exploring. Couldn’t fault it.

We were in a triple room and there were only 2 outdoor chairs on the balcony. I would suggest matching the number of chairs on the balcony to the number of guests in the room, as there was plenty space for more chairs

We loved everything about our experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The balcony with lake view was fantastic! The air conditioning worked very well and the swimming pool and lounge area were fantastic!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel

Staff so attentive to detail, hotel spotless in every area. Felt as if staff wanted you to feel at home. Rooms cleaned daily.... Immaculate would return and use hotel again as situated in Great position.

Lake room would have been better than garden room but all were booked out during our stay.

There isn't anything about the hotel I didn't like.

Everything was perfect. Stunning views, great accommodation and a wonderful breakfast. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The WiFi could be better. The 5x12 m pool was a little bit old fasioned but nice painted. The 30 degree in the water and the good sun beds exceeded the impression of the pool.

Very nice location with just a 10 min walk downstairs and then along the beach walk to Malcesine city center. The breakfast was supperb and the view from the restaurant over lake Garda was fantastic. The family who runs the hotel including all personnel were very service minded. We had an appartment and it was rather fresh and modern.

Really perfect stay in the fantastic hotel. Room cleaned everyday, various breakfast, friendly, helpful stuff and on top this lake view. Around 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Although we didn’t use it the pool seemed quite small for the number of people, and the number of sun beds seemed quite low, but this wasn’t a problem to us.

The room was very nice but our particular room had a very odd bathroom arrangement that was annoying at night.

In an excellent location , clean and tidy, served good breakfast and a very good evening restaurant. All the staff were very helpful and efficient and made you feel welcome.

Rooms are small. They are more like a regular hotel room. Not what we expected.

Beautiful view even when it was rainy when we stayed there but we could enjoy the sauna as well. Quiet. Super helpful staff. And 10 mins walking from the center.
