Not being able to access roof terrace after office closed

Bathroom counter space is limited for ladies with products and hair tools but I was what I expected for a small Inn. The view and accommodating host definitely make up for it.

Room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Close location to ferry port. Nice breakfast served to the room. Our host was very informative and went out of the way to get us reservations for dinner in a place that was booked.

I didn’t come to Capri Inn, Capri Inn came to me - by recommendation. And that is what I will do, too. The place is absolutely magnificent, with a picture perfect view across the Gulf and waking up to that view is what makes for an unforgettable experience. The rooms are minimalistic just as I like them to be, with balconies perfect for having breakfast. The rooms are exceedingly clean and staff is super friendly and helpful.

The views over the water while having breakfast were wonderful!. The breakfast foods were delicious! The location was excellent as well. An easy 500 m walk from the ferry terminal. It was also close to public transportation. The owners of this Capri Inn Airbnb were very responsive and respectful.

1 temporary issue: hot water was not working properly. Honest suggestion: no mirrors in room except in bath. This is a problem for many, especially when you would like to look nice on vacation.

Breakfast was good. Giovanni and the woman in charge were very nice.

Staff were helpful in explaining where to go and provided good advice on restaurants and transportation. We were also provided with a beach towel, which was a nice surprise as other places in Italy did not have towels available for guests

It is stairs only so you will have to climb with your suitcases, not the end of the world though!

The views were stunning and the included breakfast was 10/10 (you get to select what you would like and at what time and it is delivered to your room to be enjoyed on your balcony). Great central location to the main port, busses, funicular and beach access.

From street level, it’s two flights of marble steps to reach the rooms. A trip well worth the stunning views from the balconies.

Location and view fantastic and breakfast was great. Staff was amazing. I forgot an item there when I left for Positano and I contacted the staff. They went out of their way to find guests who were going to Positano and had them bring it me in. Over and beyond expectations.

There is no lift. So it was hard work with suitcases once you got up the hill from the port to the building and then 2 flights of stairs.

Beautiful room and view and central to everything the port was cheaper to eat at and you can get to the buses easily and the funicular for Capri and AnaCapri by bus - ferry for islands etc. we had a lovely time and the chair lift in AnaCapri also nice to do. Lovely breakfast which we had in our room and used our terrace be aware seagulls! 😳 but lovely all the same.

Bus stops right outside Capri Inn!! Walk is not extremely bad up the hill (2 flights of stairs also).. unless you have mobility issues. Amazing view Decent room with basic necessities provided Huge breakfast

Only good positive comments for the Capri Inn! Travellers might like to to take note that in bad weather, the ferry boat service to Capri could be changed or cancelled at the last moment. We travelled at the end of March when the winds were high and were only able to get there from Sorrento on an extra emergency service that the coast guard had to give permission for….the crossing was ROUGH!

The communication and reception was efficient and friendly. The room ( #1) was clean and fresh with dual aspect windows ( plus electric blinds for darkness). The en suite bathroom was very clean and modern . We were served a delicious breakfast to our room which we had pre-selected at check in. We ate on our balcony overlooking the ocean which was a treat ( including extra coffee afterwards)! There was a large communal sun terrace on the roof with a hot tub and amazing views of the ocean but sadly we were only staying one night and had no time to use it. The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the port and the rooms are up two flights of stairs but this was not a problem for us.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Everything, this has been my best hotel in my trip traveling through Italy. We had an amazing and delicious breakfast in the balcony with a wonderful view. There is a beautiful, almost private beach just in front of the hotel and the location was perfect!! The staff are the best, she gave us very good suggestions on what to do and where to go. For a honeymoon would be a wonderful place. Very romantic Island and hotel.
