The place is a little rundown for the price point, maybe a little cleaning of the walls and bathrooms a bit more intensive deep cleaning. Loved the decorations and beds and host. There was very noticeable sewage smell throughout, from the old pipes I assume. If the bathroom door was shut it didn’t overwhelm as much but was still lingering, but when open it took over the apartment.

Host was extremely friendly, and had it ready earlier than expected, which was great. The location was superb for wandering the city. And get it was a nice taste of Florence with decor. For a one night stop it was ok.

Could do with refurbishing the bathrooms and the kitchen area was too small for the amount of people.

The location was great right in the centre walkable from the train station to the apartment you could also see the duomo from the bedroom and the markets down below.

There place had two issues and I hope the owner will fix them. If she does it will be a perfect location. The first problem was with the washing machine. We were not able to use it if any other electrical appliance is running because it will trip the fuse. Second is the internet becasue it is not available throughout the apartment. The signal does not reach two of the three bedrooms. In addition, the internet speed is very, very slow.

Location is excellent and the appartment has AC in all the bedrooms making it very pleasant to sleep.

The apartment was in a perfect location, close to shops and the market at your doorstep. It was also close to the train station. The apartment was comfortable for us six adults. The elevator made it easy to bring our luggage up.

Leather market right outside the window. Loud set up and break down. Noise all night. Bad sewer smell at apartment entry.

Location. No need for transportation. Can walk from the train station, museums , shopping , etc. very friendly and helpful host. Simple and spacious.

there is no living room with sofas, only kitchen table is the common area. could have been cheaper but worth it :)

they are so sweet, and the keeper Alfonso was always helpfull he is also lives in next door. the location is so center, 1 block away there is mercato. house was very clean beds are ok. they got 2 bathroom and 2 wc. they have free biscuits and coffee inside.

Complex access process (so many locks and keys!). Water pressure was very low - but that is common in Italy. No paper towel for the kitchen. No plug for the kitchen sink. No laundry detergent for the washing machine.

The main toilet was like playing a game to flush. The living area was small so not much room to sit around as a group!

The location and views out the bedroom windows were great. Right above the markets but overal you don’t hear a lot of noise. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and was good to have second bathroom.

Almost no kitchen applyences, air condition does not work, poor wifi signal and no living room to stay together, only 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the small kitchen to stay. Overall maintenance is required at the place.

Good location, close to restaurants, marketing and tourists locations. Easy Access from train station. Old building with lift is a must in Florence. The owner is very kind.

Could do with a chopping board, small cutting knife and a small sharp knife. Need ear plugs as a lot of noise from the excellent leather market outside.

It was central to everything. It was safe and it had a lift. We got a lovely bottle of Chianti from the host which got us onto a Chianti tour, thank you. The beds were very comfortable.
