The hotel is very dated, it needs a refurbishment. We also had a mixed experience with the staff, the restaurant manager is wonderful but the other staff could be quite unaccommodating if you didn’t order accordingly to the exact protocol.

Location amazing right on the lake and on the bike pathway to Limone. This made it perfect for water sports with on site instructors, swimming and running in the mornings. The evening dinner menu is nice.

Although we would definitely return, I’d like to see more of an option on the hot food selection at breakfast.

The front of house team can’t do enough for you, they were so helpful to us throughout the stay and always a smiling happy face. The lake view room was wonderful, what a view. Walking up to the lake every morning was just perfect. The shuttle bus is a great extra to take you into Limone each day! Thank you to the team for helping organise my birthday surprise! Like I said, they are so helpful and made the stay even better.

Our stay at Rate Hotel Capo Reamol was fantastic! As a family of five with kids aged 5, 10, and 12, we rented two rooms, both with beautiful lake views. Though we booked late and it wasn’t cheap, it was absolutely worth it. The hotel’s location is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. We didn’t initially plan on it, but our two older boys ended up taking windsurfing lessons, my wife enjoyed e-foiling, and I had a great time kite surfing. The experience was incredible and added so much fun to our trip. The private pool, although small, was a great feature. We never had to compete for sunbeds, which made our relaxation time much more enjoyable. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Limone, which is by far the cutest town around Lake Garda. Its charm added a lovely touch to our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend Rate Hotel Capo Reamol to anyone visiting Lake Garda.

The rooms, beds and corridors seem quite dated and could do with a lick of paint. It was expensive (booked for a date in mid July) for 1 night of accommodation. There isn’t table service for bar purchases in the evening. Breakfast can’t be eaten outside.

It is such a beautiful place! We loved the water sports, swimming for the pier, beach and swimming pool. Food was good too!

The service in the restaurant was ok but not warm or personal. The town was a difficult walk and bike ride in the heat of summer and further than I believed when booking.

Breakfast had great options. The view of the mountains and pool were real highlights for us.

Food quality was poor, although breakfast was plentiful with a big choice. Ate in the restaurant 3 times, each time poor meals. Steak was chewy, and spaghetti flavourless , and , chicken came out uncooked.. we weren't charged, but we would rather of had nice meals.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was lovely.

Shuttle returns later in the evening to save a. 40 minute walk

Could increase the number of shuttle returns from Limone. Staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us.

I dint feel that it was 4 star as no dressing gown or slippers and the toiletries was just handwah/ body wash. the shower was extremely small and needs updating. The rest of the bathroom looks as if it had been updated but it was a shame that they had left the original old tiny shower. The breakfast was ok but not fabulous as only a choice of scrambled egg or hard boiled (no poached or fried)

Corridors appear a little shabby with old carpet. Room was on the small side and it felt like the rooms were a bit packed in so the balcony of the room next door was very close and sound travelled - so it felt like they were almost in your room at times! Air con didn’t really work at all, so it would have been nice to have a fan.

Lovely hotel right on the water front. Nice clean room with comfy bed and great shower. Sauna was a great touch and the free bicycles to get into Limone were a brilliant addition. The private waterfront area was lovely and water sports rental on hand really great. Staff friendly. Breakfast exceptional with everything you could want in a beautiful setting.

The free shuttle was great but I wish there would’ve been more/earlier pick up times from the town.

The property is beautiful and absolutely nothing beats the view of the water! The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Wifi could have been better and our visit was spoilt a little bit by the neighbours smoking on their balcony and a really noisy, screaming baby elsewhere in the hotel.

The staff was very lovely! The hotel was really comfortable and peacefull. There was a walking trail near it and it was lovely to walk on it and enjoy the views. The views were amazing! Maybe I hoped for a bigger breakfast selection, but nonetheless I would happily stay here again!

The AC was turned off Sept 15 yet it was 85 degrees out. Room was over 80 degrees. No sheets just a comforter!

We would have liked a bit more information on check in about the shuttle service as we only found out about it on the second day of our visit. Also that promo codes was available for the ferry service from the hotel which would give us a discount for the ferry ticket.

The breakfast buffet was lovely. We especially liked the fresh juice facility. The restaurant staff was very welcoming and helpful.
