Incredibly helpful and professional service from the manager . Clear communication before arriving . The offer to drop in cases early which actually turned in to having the room early as the staff had prepared it . Great breakfast. All together a great experience . Comfiest bed so far on our 2 week Tuscany trip .

As a solo traveller for so long, Favio is, by all means, the best host I've ever met! The time and efforts he'd put in helping and guiding was beyond expectations! Thank you 🙏 The location is perfect close to everything within walking distance, very safe area. There was no view from my room but it was such a nice , clean and comfortable room . I would definitely go back to this place

Breakfast was good but very simple, which makes sense when there are already lots of bakeries around the city. The air con in our room was a bit weak.

Flávio was exceptionally welcoming. Juliette balcony was lovely. Good location and lovely and clean.

Liked everything about Flavio and his beautiful clean and friendly establishment, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Clean, fresh, situated right there in the centre of the action in Florence. Go there and stay there, you will jot be disappointed.

This could be just because we are new to this kind of travel- but If you are toting much luggage, prepare to use a bit of muscle to negotiate up that first flight of stairs- But it seems to be a pretty common occurance in the area. To be fair- our host's assistance and the elevator from the 2nd floor to the B&B on the 3rd floor really helped! And we quickly made peace with this once we got our fantastic welcome from Flavio, and got to our beautiful room!

We loved everything from our welcome to the day we left. Flavio greeted us on the bottom floor and helped our family with our luggage. He said "give me your two heaviest bags!" and he carried them up a flight of stairs to the elevator, which took us to the floor where we found the most welcoming, fresh and appealing facility. This bed and breakfast made us say "wow!" Clean, modern and well appointed. Very modern and comfortable, from the lobby and breakfast room, to our room, which they had prepared with two comfy fold down beds for our daughters, and a super comfy master bedroom for my husband and I. The a/c worked great! Breakfast of assorted pastries and cakes, also hand made coffees were a treat! The neighborhood was so perfect for us to do all we wanted by foot. Restaurants (Trattoria Verdi for the best florentine steak!), a cat cafe and Vivoli for famous gelato/affagato within just a couple hundred feet! We would love to stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Canto degli Aranci and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining. I traveled to Florence with family at the beginning of July. The host was very helpful with changing our dates due to our flight cancelation. Im grateful for that. He communicated with us prior to reaching the property and met with us to show us the room. The location of property is great, very close to center. Just a short walk from main center and restaurants. The room was great, clean and brand new. It had just been renovated. The breakfast was great, good selection and the lady was very helpful with our food choices. Overall I had a great experience and I strongly recommend Canto degli Aranci.

Marta at Canto degli Aranci was a phenomenal and extremely hospitable host with prompt communication, warmth, and friendliness. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizo Museum many other restaurants. The room was spacious, the bathroom looked modern and sleek, and the view from the room was gorgeous.

Firstly, our host/concierge was an absolute legend. An ultimate professional and made us feel we were his only client. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked taxis, accomodated our early checkin request etc. The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Shower had torrential water pressure. Would go out of my way to recommend a stay here. Thank you!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the owner, who made sure everything was in order and provided clear instructions about the amenities and local attractions. Communication with the owner throughout my stay was exceptional; they were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations, making me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. The breakfast served each morning was a delightful assortment of local delicacies, providing the perfect start to a day of exploring Florence. The location of the B&B couldn't have been more convenient, with all the major tourist sites within a comfortable 10-20 minute walk. This allowed me to immerse myself fully in the beauty and history of the city without worrying about long commutes. One feature that stood out was the accessibility of the property. There is an elevator conveniently located from the first floor, which made moving luggage a breeze. Speaking of which, the owner kindly assisted me with my suitcase upon arrival and even arranged for a taxi during check-out, demonstrating a level of hospitality that goes above and beyond. The rooms themselves were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. As someone who occasionally works remotely, having a dedicated desk was incredibly helpful, and the stable WiFi connection allowed me to attend video conferences without any issues. There were some stairs to climb (to be expected in an old building) but an elevator takes you most of the way. It was only really a difficulty when we had our bags but Flavio was very helpful with them.

The room was beautiful with everything we needed in a great location. Flavio was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome, also giving us advice on good places for aperitivo and dinner. He also helped us book a taxi to the airport.
