Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

SwedenWe were on floor 9 and there was a lot of noise from the elevators and/or ventilation which woke us up a few times.
The breakfast featured a full spread of cakes as well as several good savoury options and fruit. The coffee was only lukewarm and were the hot options which was a bit disappointing. There is only one (very slow) coffee machine to serve the whole breakfast room.

Czech RepublicThere are only a couple of small things - the bathroom could be a bit cleaner (the tiles and the shower area had some mould discoloration and there was some hair on the floor), but apart from that the overall cleanliness in the room was very good. The aircon was difficult to figure out and a bit loud, so maybe a short note on how to operate it would be helpful.
We booked it last minute because we needed to spend one night close to the train station, so we weren’t super picky and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. The room was on a smaller side, but it had a kettle, proper sized cups, mini fridge and a smart tv that actually worked really well :) There was even a bathtub in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a proper double (not 2 mattresses pushed together, as you usually get) and the pillows were really nice too, I think both the pillows and mattress had some memory foam in it - we actually had a great sleep! The staff was really pleasant and we LOVED the breakfast - the outdoor area was lovely and the breakfast selection was fantastic, there was something for everyone, good quality meats and cheeses, and proper real juice to drink. The selection and quality was actually better than we had in plenty 4-5 star hotels! Overall - great value for money and especially for a shorter stay we think it was fantastic!

AustraliaIt was hard to find in the rain (I couldn’t see the signage) - the hotel is right by the construction scaffolding. The fridge smelt really bad, like something rotten had been there for a while.
Great location within 10min walk to Centrale station and the airport buses, quite a few restaurants nearby. Tiny room but it was comfortable and clean, good value for money. The man at reception was nice and check in was super quick and easy.

United KingdomWe had a room with a balcony view but it was covered in scaffolding and tarpaulin. Room was on the top floor but lift only went to the floor below so had to carry all our luggage up a very tight and borrow staircase.

The hotel was recommended by my colleague. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in the city centre. Everything is nearby. The street is not busy. Nice receptionists, staff. Clear room and bath, comfortable bed. The breakfasts is very tasty and many kinds. I think the accommodation is good like price value ratio. After check out we could leave our luggages in lockable cabinets of the hotel. We are very pleasure that we chose this hotel. Thank you so much.

The room was large and well laid our with a great king size bed and importantly the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was large with lots of storage space and a great big shower. The Hotel is in an ideal location near the main railway station and bus stop from transport from the Airport. the room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned everyday and bed linen and towels changed regularly.
