You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- A member of staff entered the room while my partner was inside in underwear (this was in the middle of the afternoon after the room had been cleaned). This was highly inappropriate and staff should be better trained for things like this. - Someone called our room at 2am. When we asked reception the next day they said that any guest could call any of the rooms and they were not responsible. While this might be true, they should think about reviewing this policy as this was unacceptable. - our room had a window that was opening onto the balcony of the room next door. Huge lack of privacy as it means we could never have the curtains open to get some light. - We were unable to turn off or change the AC settings - No kettle (or tea or coffee) available in the room. We asked for one but we never got it. - The carpet was old and dirty. They should replace it as it looks very unappealing - They did not have shampoo and conditioner.
- The location is perfect! - They had body lotion - which was nice. - The bed was large - breakfast had gluten free options (but no lactose free yogurt/milk)

Quiet location but easy walking distance into the centre of the town. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of gluten free items available.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodated our request for a very early check in when our international flight schedules got changed. They promptly took care of small requests during our stay. The breakfast spread is excellent and so are the staff attending to them.

ItalyRoom was nothing special, very small, but fine for our one night stay. No shower curtain or partition of any kind, so needless to say, water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. It’s an old palazzo (which we loved), but is in need of some refreshing. (Carpets, paint, etc.)
Parking right out front. Awesome breakfast! Staff very helpful…recommended a place to eat and it was fabulous!

United KingdomSomeone entered our room late at night. Luckily my partner was still awake at thus stage, I was sleeping. The guy did apologise and left, when we reported the incident to reception the following morning we were told it was a mistake by a member of staff as they thought the room was empty. This left me feeling a bit uncomfortable the remainder of my stay, as was no safety chain on the door just a key to lock the door.
The location was excellent the staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had loads of character.
