When it's hot in the bungalow, it's hot. When it's cold, it's cold. The sheets and towels are not included, but you can rent them there. Pray that it doesn't rain during your stay. You can hear it very loudly, since the roof is made out of metal

Providing proper bedding in the booking fee. Being bit more friendly and helpful to the customer if possible, although we still appreciate them allowing us to stay after our booking date error.

Size was good, location was good. Staff was helpful, we made the booking date error and one of the staff earlier refused to help in that case, but later with the involvement of other staff and us having one Italian speaker helped to settle it down and allowing us to stay. We thank them all who assisted.

The apartment should be a bit better equipped, no hair dryer, no musli bowls. The beach is not 800 meter, but rather 1800 meter away, so the best way to reach it is by bike. Some things were broken in the apartment like the door of the refrigerator and the lighter of the stove. When I said it to the staff they seemed to know about but simply did not care.

The apartment (bungalow) is practical, beds are comfortable and the location is good and quiet. Public beach is nearby (rare thing in Viareggio!).

Very small cabin for the price with no extras, bedlinen and towels are not included. Cockrels woke us every morning at 5am.

We stayed in a bungalow. AC is a must in this humidity but it's 10EUR extra per day. 1km from the beach but they have a shuttle. Bring your swimming cap if you want to use the pool, it's the law. Didn't bring, don't have, didn't use the pool. Really good restaurant on site, prices are affordable. The bungalow was nice, AC, full bathroom, kitchen well prepared.

Wifi did not work at all, essentially, as we were far from reception. There are number of additional costs - which are explained on the page, but worth noting - such as sheets, Wifi, air conditioning. The on-site restaurant my wife quite liked, but I was not as enthusiastic.

The location is good, walking distance to the beach (about 20 minutes through a relatively shady area), a supermarket (5 minutes) and a pizza restaurant (directly across the road). The pool is nice and the staff are friendly.

We lacked some basic things like dish soap, dish brush, water boiler, toaster, and toilet paper. Had to buy in a shop nearby.

When booking pay attention to extras. WiFi, air conditioning, sheets, towels are for extra money. WiFi quality is bad and hot water ends very fast due to small boiler. Bed quality is really bad and it is squeecky.

It has a great swimming pool which is suitable for kids. Parking is easy and free. House is roomy and all appliances are there. Staff was great and fully English proficient. All facilities present like market, bar and restaurant.

You have to pay for everything or bring it yourself. Bedsheets, towel, swim cap (mandatory for pool), wifi, cleaning stuff, air conditioner (10€ ! per night) even if it says here on booking its included, no garbage bag… just bring everything and expect nothing to be included.

Clean bungalow, quiet place, nice little mini market with fresh bread and chocolate croissants in the small restaurant. After a little walk through a nice forest you reach a clean beach, with nice restaurants.

Pool is allowed to use only in swimming cap and no lifeguard. AC works for extra 10€ per day. There is no shower gel, all what was in the bathroom - just a half of toilet paper roll. No towels - you pay extra for them. No bed covers - you should pay extra. They take your document away and 100 deposit (only cash)and you have to fight to get it back. We sorted the trash etc. and still got accused of leaving the place dirty. So should we wash the bed sheets and wash the floor etc? They don’t have cellphone signal there and you should buy their wifi connection for 3eur/10 Gb. It still didn’t work. Eventually they charge you for every move you want to make there, wich for accomodation establishment you expect to be in the price. All together- this place is a trap for tourists to squeeze money from places and services you don’t expect to pay extra. Pool you can use only with swimming caps which only they sell( maybe sone stores further away sell them too). They are running the place like it’s a goal to hustle everyone on every step.
