Everything was perfect.

Easy to reach with public transportation just 4km out of Venice, little green island in the city. The cabins are very new, very clean, somewhat scarcely equipped but enough to survive. Check in is possible with late arrival, very uncomplicated , helpful staff. Shopping opportunities in walking distance.

Unfortunately when it rains the bungalows are super thin and you can HEAR IT SO LOUD. We couldn't sleep for one night as there was thunder and rain. Also if you run out of toilet paper for your stay that was allocated to you, you need to pay for more. It doesn't cost a lot bit still was a bit annoying haha.

It was really cozy! Super easy to go to Venice and to airport with a quick bus ride. Staff were super friendly and the trip overall was super effortless due to the location.

Although we were supposed to have wifi, there was no strong wifi signal that we could stably connect to in our room. This I tried with 3 devices and we couldn’t have a connection that lasts more than 5 minutes. We could only connect to it near reception. I brought this matter to the reception desk but they said they don’t have any technicians and they can’t do anything about it!

It was really clean and comfortable. It was at the vicinity of the bus stop that you could easily access to go to Venice. We also had AC which is a big plus during the summer.

The gravel around the area made it hard to drag suitcases. Would be nicer if there was some wooden platform to make it easier. Great place to stay otherwise.

The unit was very small for four people. But it worked ok. Super clean.

The bungalow was really nice and clean on the inside with a nice terrace outside. On the inside it basically looks like a hotel room. Sure, it's pretty small, but okay for two people. Didn't have a kettle in the kitchenette. The breakfast was included and you could get a hot drink and a piece of pastry (a selection of croissants, muffins, pizza slices). The wifi worked well. The bus stop to Venezia is 5 min walk away (there's also a gate at the back - shortcut) and you can buy the bus tickets from the reception. We arrived really late and had no problems checking in (we were sent all the necessary info via WhatsApp and there was also info at the reception window). Highly recommended!

amazing!!!! great value for money, staff had great English and were so friendly and helpful. so close to the bus stop to travel into Venice, only 2 stops, literally 10 mins away! clean and tidy, grounds were safe for children and they loved the playground :)

Let’s say like that; when we booked this place we was thinking that it will be simple wooden house just for sleep, but it has ewerything what you would have in a hotel, air conditionier, seperate room from the kids, wc, shower, terace, kitchen it was a lot better that we expected.

1. The pebble pathways are hard to drag the luggage or the Kinderwagen 2. The pool only opens at 1 pm 3. There is a period from 2 to 5 /5:30 where the restaurant is closed and no other snack options available onsite

Good clean and comfortable location with a great little children’s playground and a small pool. Really close to the airport (5 or 15) with a 10 euro per person one way. Take it before you enter the bus to avoid fines :) there are kiosks outside the airport to purchase them. Bus tickets to Venice can be purchased at the accommodation ( highly recommend the 1/2/3 day pass as it simplifies the hopping into and out of the bus/water boats flexibly) . The restaurant is also good for lunch / dinner.

It was a little compact even for 2 people my husband bumped his head on the overbed cupboards twice the first evening) and the kitchen was a little basic. A microwave would have been nice. There was a very basic supply of crockery and cutlery.

I booked this bungalow a long way in advance, and had to pay in advance. It was theoretically not possible to change it but when I needed to move it forward one day they were very helpful. The site is very easy to find and though it’s in a busy industrial/retail area and not far from the airport it is really quite secluded and quiet. There is a degree of ambient noise but nothing to disturb you. The facilities are all very new and well maintained; as it’s a site for people with vans as well as bungalows there are good washing facilities as well as clothes washing which is very useful. Reception seem very well organised and friendly. They supply transport tickets to get you to Venice which is really convenient. The bus is a few minutes’ walk away and though they can get very full (we mostly had to stand) you will get one within 15 minutes and then it’s less than 10 into the Venice bus station. The restaurant is very well priced and has a selection of interesting local dishes as well as pizza/pasta. The bungalow also seemed new, with hotel quality bathroom fittings and good hot water supply. There was a good fridge and a hob. It had a good size veranda and efficient AC. I particularly like that they supply bedlinen and towels, we only had to bring tea towels which is helpful when travelling. There is a good recycling policy. There is a small indoor pool which looked nice but which we didn’t really have time to use, it also frequently had a lot of kids in despite costing extra. Cars cannot be parked next to the bungalow but not far away and we were able to bring it next to the site when loading/unloading. There is also Parco San Giuliano ten minutes walk away, a huge area for walking and cycling and you can see Venice across the lagoon.

The bungalow smelled of smoke and cigarettes from a previous client even though it should be no smoking, not the villages fault but it did affect our impression walking in. Breakfast served til 11am but when we went at 10am there was 2 croissants left with no offer to do anything else for us even though we were an hour before finish

Great location, lovely bungalow, great amenities on site and a bus to Venice every 15 mins just outside the camping village. Very comfortable, great evening meals

A bit slow and confused staff at breakfast premises.

Very good located to reach Venice, comfortable beds and practically everything you need for a couple of nights (we stayed for 2 nights). We could leave our car parked there after the check-out in the morning. Everything well organized. Breakfast is convenient, didn’t include only croissants as written in comments (could choose sandwiches, toast, pizza..). Didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything about it.

Everything was great. The location, the room. Everything was new and very clean. Super easy to reach Venice, and so much more quiet than living there. Totally recomend.I would love to visit it again.

At night reception does not work and they close gate. So you cant leave or arrive by car.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the bus stop then 10/12 minutes into Venice. Staff absolutely spot on, very helpful with bus information/ tickets etc. Accommodation was exactly what you need, bed / shower & AC! Didn’t use the pool but it looked good. Nice friendly atmosphere on site with people from all over Europe.

The reception only starts working after 8am and it's impossible to reach someone before that so if you need to leave earlier you need to have that in mind.

We really liked staying here. It's perfect for families and from here, it's easy to reach Venice by bus.
