The very steep hill to climb. Had we known we would have asked for a cabin at the top. The pool was closed which was disappointing.

Tired mobile home. Needed some updating. No microwave or toaster. Crockery was so old fashioned. Outdoor terrace needed updating and improving. Shop was so limited for a campsite.

Restaurant was excellent. Location and bus into San Gimignano was good.

I needed to pay an extra 50 euros for air-conditioning in a mobile house, which I didn't count with. Although WiFi was advertised it was basically unusable in the camp where we were located (at the end of the camp, down the hill) and around the restaurant. Shop in the restaurant had a very basic and limited choice of goods (no vegetables or fruits) and the nearest was Coop in San Gimignano

There was a very steep hill to walk up the swimming poo and the main area of the pool. This could be difficult if you had small children or a buggy etc. The pool was a community pool that the campsite could use for guests. The shop site wasn't great but there were local shops that you could drive to. You definitely need a car.

It was a lovely quiet campsite with a nice restaurant. The surrounding area was beautiful. The campsite was clean.

We were disappointed by a few things. There is no description when booking that the pool is outside of the camping and that the campsite is located on a steep hill so if you are in a bangalow there are many many steep stairs to climb to reach any of the facilities. It would be important to know if anyone has any problems with climbing stairs. We had to pay extra for air conditioning and towels. The bedding was included but it wasn’t nice - very cheap.

We liked that there were lots of trees, a nice big terrace, it was quiet and the restaurant had good food and friendly service.

Wifi was a bit patchy and mostly only worked in one corner of the room.

Great location with bus stop just outside to visit San Gimignano, but also only 20/30 mins to walk into the city. Modern cabin with kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows, and free access to public pool in walking distance. Cheap cappuccino and cornetto available at the restaurant for breakfast. Air conditioning was amazing!

Friendly people who really did their best to make you feel welcome and comfy. The home was situated near the restaurant and walking distance to the pool with fulltime watching by two pool guards.

Our mobile home was full of ants, with all the efforts of spraying anti ant spray everywhere, the upper edge of the shower was full of dust and dead insect, we found some dead insects and some dirt on our white sheets, the second night there, probably have fallen from the selling. Our mobile home had 3 single beds that they transformed in a matrimonial and a single, to bag they didn’t consider this when they projected the room, because when they united the 2 beds one of the Metal reading lamps remains in the middle of the matrimonial bed, and it sticks out quite a bit, about 10-15 cm, it’s kind of uncomfortable to sleep as you risc to het your head badly.

It’s very close to San Gimignano, it’s all green and there is a bus that you can take from in front of the camping till the walls of San Gimignano

The whole house had a funny smell. WC and bathroom were separate. Extremely cramped. The house is meant for 5 people and we barely had any space. There was no space to put our luggage and walk around. We had to squeeze to get to the master bed. The mobile houses are down at the end of an extremely steep incline. If you want to walk to the entrance of the camp I wish you good luck and a lot of stamina.

Close to San Gimignano. The bus to the city stops at the entrance of the camp. We stayed at a mobile house. It had a terrace, a grill and deck chairs. Every window except the bathroom has net for bugs. Staff was very polite.

we had to pay extra for the towles (5€) and we hardly had any wifi. also it got cold and damp during our night in the casa mobile. the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

it was decent. the check-in was easy enough and it wasnt far away from san gimignano. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

We really liked that we could walk into San Gimignano, it's about half an hour. Our mobile home was on the lower level of the camping, in a kind of a valley. It's in a beautiful forest, but you have no views. You can reach the reception on a steep road or also on stairs. The mobile homes are standing densely, but there were very few guests in the beginning of June so it didn't make problem for us. The mobile home was ok, very clean, well equipped, but not a new one. The staff is very helpful and kind. The swimming pool is not on the camping territory but very close.
