Unfortunately due to the very rainy weather the tent was extremely damp and our wet clothing did not dry. There was also a lot of mosquitoes which came inside the tent through openings.

We stayed in a glamp tent. The tent and en-suite bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable with good storage space underneath for luggage. The small wardrobe on the side had a safe and a fridge. Good position and comfortable to reach the city by bus (bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the camping - 30 min bus ride to the Duomo). The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very comfortable, next to the tent.

The bed only had a flat sheet on it, no extra blankets or duvets were provided and it was quite cool the evening with the luxury tent's proximity to the river. We had to keep the aircon switched on to heating the entire evening despite it being summer and a hot day which seemed like a waste of electricity.

Easy check-in process, helpful info desk on shuttle service which departs hourly from the camp site and a local bus service not too far from campsite (about 4 minutes walk). Nice bar with beers on tap, restaurant and pool area at the campsite to eat and relax at. Facilities were very clean and felt luxurious.

Didn’t receive the greatest customer service from some members of staff. Specifically, the man taking reservations at the restaurant on Monday 17/06 was rude and very patronising- put us off wanting to use the bar/restaurant due to the atmosphere and experience he created.

Great facilities including the shuttle bus into the city. Comfy and clean cabin. Friendly staff at the reception and infopoint.

It’s not really “deluxe” more of a budget hotel room but comfortable, had to ask for more loo roll and the shower was consistently cold!

So cute the little bungalows, I loved the in nature experience for an accommodation just outside of Florence! Great pool, restaurant & market shop!

Wish the pool was opened till a bit later for people who arrive later during the day but that's nothing that really affects your stay.

The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. You have everything on site: restaurant grocery store and everything is close by. A lot of parking available and it's pretty close to the city. Very efficient A/C : a most for summer in Italy.

Bathroom hot water capacity and shower water pressure was too low. Food and drinks were extremely overpriced in the camping area.

Information was not to details when Providing how to take the bus and the bus stop . They should provide more details how to take the bus and the exact location of the bus stop to tourists. Last day of our stay the information desk was too busy to provide taxi service . The room space is too small and there is no room open our luggage.

A significant portion of the staff weren´t very good with english, and had difficulty communicating. Even though there were both rental bikes and good bike lanes into town, the rental cost was 10X the price of a bus ticket, making it an unviable alternative. For some reason the camping had a full-time employee to hold the door at check-in, but no extra staff in the camping-ground store, leading to the latter having frequent queues. The system for providing wi-fi was needlessly complicated.

The tent was clean and comfortable. Comprehensive services including an infodesk for booking daytrips, several pools and an on-site laundry room. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and good (especially the oranges). The camping area had a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Buses into town were frequent and cheap.

The staff in camping town was really helpful and kind. Really nice that there was a shop, restaurant and swimming pool. Perfect town with all facilities. Nice that every hour drives a shuttle bus to the town and back only for 3€.

The public bus number 14 was always crowded going to town but the bus stop from the camp site was just down the road. We would have liked to have some cutlery and plates in our room for breakfast or food brought from the market.

I loved the Safari tents. It was spacious, clean and was quiet at night time. We loved chilling by the pool and having a market and restaurant on site was handy for us as only stayed for two nights on our travels. We thought it was great value for money.

The restaurant on site was incredibly disappointing. We were ignored for 30 minutes before I had to ask a member of staff if they could take our order (something I would never do). This was very frustrating. There was also a clear divide between experienced employees and new employees and it really obviously felt like the new employees were being bullied by the older ones and this was really evident from their faces and their timidness.

The room was amazing, felt like a proper glamping experience. We loved the pool, and the reception staff were very helpful. There is a shop on site for any of your needs, as well as an information point. We caught the train into Florence, which took now more than 10 minutes. Would stay again.

-Very weak wifi. Unable to connect from our chalet.

-Organized camping site. Had to wait a little for check-in as there were many people at the same time. However, everyone had a number so you will just wait for your turn. -We stayed in the chalet and it was really clean. We had a comfortable sleep at night. -10-15 mins drive to the city. They also provide shuttle bus to the city for €3. -Free parking in the camping site. -Swimming pool looks amazing with lots of deck chairs. -Friendly and helpful staff.
