We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I don’t think I’ve ever been made to feel so welcome as I was by Nicoletta. From being met at the train station, to restaurant bookings, information about the town and of course the beautiful breakfasts on the terrace. Also, there’s no steps between the property and the train station, so it’s good for the hose hauling luggage. The room was cozy and quiet.

IrelandNicoletta and her staff are lovely welcoming people. Helpful, kind and efficient. My daughter and I stayed 3rd week in August. We were met and welcomed by Nicoletta after a long journey by train with a large glass of juice and a cool air-conditioned room. Just the thing in that moment! Breakfast on the patio every morning was ample including fresh coffee and freshly prepared omelettes. My daughter especially loved this. It’s located close to a beach and the historic centre of Monterosso. No complaints at all and would happily stay again.

United StatesNothing. The b&b is located up one flight of stairs, and 2 of the rooms are located up another short flight of stairs. But if you’re coming to Cinque Terre, there’s no shortage of stairs and hills!
This b&b was wonderful! The rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well in the July heat! The b&b is centrally located in Monterosso’s old town. It’s a 10 minute walk from Monterosso’s train station and a 4 minute walk from the old town’s beach and harbor, which makes catching the boat to the other towns really convenient. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, and eggs. But most of all, the host and her staff were so amazing!! They were so kind and considerate. The host met us at the train station to walk us to the b&b when we first arrived, and she went above and beyond to help us as we needed during our stay. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Highly recommend staying here!

How many great things to say about this place. 1) Nicoletta was amazing - the most friendliest host, met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel. Gave great recommendations about where to eat and see. 2) THE BREAKFAST - what a great start to the day, was pleasantly surprised by the fresh fruit, fresh pastries and amazing coffee. 3) The place its self was very nice (AC was a plus and felt amazing after a long day of exploring). Close to the water and next to all the good places to eat. Quiet at night (though we didn't even attempt to open the windows). Would recommend to stay (and would come back if going anywhere in Cinque Terre)

Location perfect to access old town, ferry and train. Host Nicolette was so welcoming and informative. Even met us at station to escort us to accommodation. Breakfast was fabulous, aircon great and walk-in shower a bonus. Rear terrace just right for breaky and an evening oasis for an aperitif (byo limoncello!). Super clean and quiet at night. Room size large by Italian standards too.

United KingdomAn incredible stay at Camere D'Autore La Poesia. The property has so much character and the location is perfect for exploring and enjoying Monterosso al Mare. The highlight of the day was definitely the wonderful breakfast on the lovely roof-terrace, with individually cooked foods and incredibly fresh fruits, baked goods and juices. The host, Nicoletta, could not have been more helpful. From helping with parking, to recommending and booking the best restaurants or sharing advice and tips, Nicoletta went out of her way to ensure we got the most out of our stay in Monterosso.
