You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThis was a great stay, close to everything, short walk to the fantastic viewing point across the landscape and easy walking to the main historic places. Guiseppe’s communication was excellent, his parents looked after the property and they were very welcoming. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless, the terrace was an added bonus. Enna was a great place to visit, well worth a couple of days and this accommodation was perfect for my stay.

The couple that ran the place were kind and friendly.......didn`t speak English but that was not a problem as it was good fun having conversations with smartphone/Google translate. Originally, we had planned on having a 2 centre holiday but public transport was a bit limited so we just spent 2 weeks here in Enna chilling and eating lots of Pizza :) :) Very sad to leave - If we return to Enna, we know where to stay!

United KingdomWe were in the top floor apartment and boy were there lots of steps. Not a deal breaker for us but if you were over 60 or not in the best of shape then getting your bags upstairs could be tricky. Shame there was no furniture on the terrace.
Really quirky place right in the centre of Enna. Art themed rooms and various artistic touches and curiosities around the place. Owner’s parents were there to meet us and to show us round. Lovely people. Kitchen with drinks and simple pastries for the morning. Our apartment was huge, with washing machine in the bathroom and a massive roof terrace to enjoy the city views.

CanadaParking difficult. Spots outside property on road only good for 30mins. Had to park about 400m away and walk back. Really nice rooftop patio directly off room but no furniture out there to sit on. No tea/coffee in the room or offered anywhere.
Location, quiet, easy to walk around town. Large room inc washer (nice touch). Nice coffee shop 50m on corner. Best canolo we’ve had in Italy!

I couldn’t speak a single word of Italian, but the owner’s parents welcomed me full heartedly. On arrival, they provided me with free beverages and snacks. The next day, they were kind enough to take me to the train station by their own car (free of charge). The facilities were all crean and the room was extremely well decorated. I can rate it ten out of ten with all honesty.

The room was spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay we had. The host family was great, too - the son, who was away at the time, kept in touch via Booking.com and gave us great recommendations for local sights and restaurants; the parents didn't speak English but we managed to communicate by using our bad Italian :). They were so lovely - offered coffee or tea as a welcome, and even borrowed us an umbrella because it was supposed to rain that afternoon.

He sent us some suggestions for us to have lunch while we were waiting. When we arrived after a strenuous 2.8 km walk from the bus stop he gave us some bottles of water.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and full of character, which definitely contributed to the pleasant atmosphere of the stay. We were particularly impressed with how friendly and hospitable the hosts were. Giuseppe established contact and provided us with information before our arrival via WhatsApp, while Emilia warmly welcomed us and kindly provided us with the information we needed. When we left, our daughter forgot her watch in the room and before she even noticed it was missing, Emilia had already found it and informed us. Since we didn't have enough time to return for it, she kindly sent it to us by post, for which we are infinitely grateful. The entire stay at the Camera d'Artista was truly enjoyable and comfortable. If you are looking for a space where you can enjoy comfort while exploring the historic city center, then this apartment is definitely the right choice. We highly recommend it!
