Our room smelled a little of mould which needs to be addressed to give a better experience. The pool in October needed to be cleaned and it’s freezing.

Location is great, just 30 mins from Polignano by foot. Staff are super nice and the price is great.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Close to Polignano a Mare - we had a rented car so it always took not more than 5 minutes to get to town. The breakfast was very good (good coffe and choice). The staff was very friendly. The place has very large parking. Hotel is located very close to the main road from which you can easyli drive to all attractive locations in that part of Puglia

The room had a noticeable damp smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Despite the clean appearance, the odor was persistent and really affected the overall experience. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she didn’t have any response or offer a solution, which was disappointing. It felt like proper ventilation was lacking, and this issue needs to be addressed to improve the room's atmosphere for future guests.

Great location for the Marina (I would recommend a boat trip which was organised for us by Antonella on reception). It's a short walk to San Vito which was so pretty and had few nice restaurants/cafes to choose from. The centre of Polignano can be reached by Tuk Tuk within 5 minutes - Or sometimes we would take a 20 minute stroll back to the hotel to walk off yet another lunch in the Town! The pool area is lovely and relaxing after a day of exploring beautiful Polignano. Thank you to all the ladies on the reception desk for organising boats, tuk tuks, taxis and restaurant reservations for us. They were so helpful. Melanie x (Room 509)

The bathroom floors would be better tiled.

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The pool was a great treat. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Ants in the room, the bathroom was affected by the water - in the bathroom there is wooden floor, second pool feels abandoned. In our first day the restaurant was closed because of a private event. Couldn’t eat in the location. Could be muuuch better just with a little more atention to some details. A little expensive - 330eur/night in booking.

The rooms are ok, the main pool was nice for us and our little girl. It was quiet.

The property is about 1 mile from Polignano centre, there are transport options if you don’t have a car but there is very little at all around the property itself to explore. Food at the hotel was delicious but very limited vegetarian options and absolutely no vegan options. The way that sunbeds and parasols are serviced is laborious…you have to ask for your parasol to be opened; you have to collect and return towels (not a major issue on its own) but often waiting for these things, when they could just be done at the start of the day. Also, beds are randomly reserved for guests who don’t seem to materialise. There is no pool drinks service (a missed revenue opportunity, in my opinion).

Lovely hotel, nicely laid out, pleasant, well maintained gardens. Well appointed, exceptionally clean and well designed rooms, great bathrooms and air conditioning (which was essential in July/August!). Peaceful despite being close to the road. Majority of the staff were brilliant, friendly and enthusiastic. Food was delicious - however there were hardly any vegetarian and no vegan options (more on that below). Photos of the property are accurate. There are 2 pools (only 1 seems to be featured in the property photos).

I would not recommend to eat here for dinner. The food was overpriced and not the greatest. I got 4 or 5 prawns for 19 Euros... my husband got 2 sausages for 19 euros. It didn't come with any sides or much options a matter of fact. I would recommend going into town and eating dinner there.

Our room was very nice but the top of the bed needed to be dusted. The main pool was the star of the show to be honest. It was so nice, that's all that you would want to do if you were staying here. There were also 2 lifeguards in particular that were hilarious and so easy going (I wish I could remember their names).

The rooms are a little bit basic but perfectly clean and adequate for a short stay to explore the area.

Lovely quiet location but close enough to the bustling old town of Polignano and also great as a base for exploring this part of Puglia. You can get a tuk tuk 🛺 into town in the evenings for €10 each way. Beautiful swimming pool always had plenty of loungers and the staff

Paper bowls at breakfast! Having just moved from one 4 star hotel in another part of Puglia, this one was a little disappointing, other than the pool. Lack of fluffy towels, smiley staff and comfortable loungers at this one. Perhaps if we had come to this hotel first we wouldn’t have felt quite the same, but we left feeling it had just been “good enough”

Beautiful pool and no problem finding a sun lounger in the afternoon after going out to explore Puglia in the morning. Had a lovely lunch in the hotel restaurant on one of our 3 days but didn’t eat there in the evening as preferred to book a tuk tuk into nearby Polignano each evening., 3-4 mins away.

The fact that people occupy the sunbeds early. They leave towels on sunbeds all day without being there. These should be removed if one doesn't return within an hour. Few umbrellas.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was good but since we had no car was a bit of a walk to centre. Would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't so hot

Ants seem to be a problem at this location. We had many uninvited little visitors to our room including the flying variety.

Last night of our tour around Puglia. Great location to chill out for a day or two before flying home after the hustle and bustle of touring about. Pool is fantastic. Staff are welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast selection of good quality food. Each room is generously sized semi-detached garden bungalow, very confortable.

2 essential things didn't work properly at time of arrival: the safety box was out of order and in the bathroom was a waterleak caused by a bad installation. Both things have been repaired very fast to our satisfaction. But it should not happen that these obvious things are not seen by the staff.

The hotel was a long walk from the city center. And along the walk there was no sidewalk so we had to walk in the street and it was dangerous. We felt the hotel should offer a shuttle service on an hourly basis to the town center.

Everything about the hotel itself was wonderful. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and clean.
