Nothing about the property. One small comment at night we could hear people from restaurants till late (especially since we were there for the weekend) but it wasn’t really a problem. We had a good speaker in the room, we played soft music so we could avoid hearing the outside noise.

This guest house was perfect for our short getaway for the weekend. Location was perfect, right at the center, located at a corner where you can find various restaurants, it’s close to the marina and without cars passing by. The room was very comfortable and clean. We could also make use of the coffee machine and the fridge was stocked every day. Bathroom was also equipped with very nice products. The property owners were also very nice and they allowed us to check-in in the morning rather than waiting till 3pm.

Wow, we really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is close to the marina and easy to find even at night. The room was really nice, music played softly in the room when we arrived and the soft light was on. The bed was very comfortable. Mini bar items were included, and we could have juice and make cappuccino in the morning. Nice decor, too.

The apartment is super stylish ! It is located right in the heart of Cagliari so everything is within walking distance, including the train station. Fabrizio, our host is extremely courteous and accommodating and responds right away. I cannot recommend this place enough !!!

Shower works well but the wooden counter tops and floor around the sinks get sprayed with water.

The location is top notch and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Acqua di Parma toiletries, space and room decor. Fabrizio was very helpful and pleasant.

Not about the apartament (!) but the parking in Cagliari is quite expensive (2 euros per hour for 8 hours a day, the rest of the day is free) so consider wisely coming with a car.

This guest house was absolutely fabulous and exceeded our expectations. Beautifully renovated, wonderful location so close to everything, superbly clean, daily room cleaning, the room beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom and lovely bathroom products were a real bonus too plus the daily refreshing of juice and water were really wonderful surprises. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing...the only thing I would suggest is that it would be of benefit to have a mop to help dry the shower room floor more quickly after using the shower.

Unique property and very nice touches all around the room, high end appliances in a great area with lots of restaurants, walking distance to the main sights in the centre of Cagliari. Fabrizio was very helpful on check in and provided us with lots of information and suggestions such as local restaurants.

Superb location in the old part of town, set in the bustling alleyways of local restaurants and cafes. A very short walk from the train station (which is one stop from the airport), the sites, shops, port, buses to Poetto beach. Modern room was very clean & crisp, comfortable bed, with coffee machine, safe, fridge, lovely toiletries, water & juices every day. Fabrizio the host is super helpful and readily assisted with restaurants, hire car, taxi to the airport, lending bikes and all our queries. After a couple of days we hired a car in town (huge queues at the airport) and visited the Mesa vineyard, Porto Pino beach, then Villasimius in the other direction. Highly recommend CGH as a base for all your exploring.

The location is perfect, we had a great stay there. The host was very helpful, room was cleaned and restocked with everything daily-we had juices, water, milk and nice coffee. The only thing which i could put as a minus (which could be done nothing about) is the noise coming from the street late or very early and if you are a light sleeper could disturb you a little bit. Other than that we loved it.

There is nothing I can complain about. A note of caution: there are two flights of stairs and no elevator. This may be a problem for people with limited mobility. However, the person at reception brought our carry ons upstaris (although we were ready to do it ourselves).

The place is extremely nice. The photos on Booking.com don't even fully capture the style and comfort of this loft. The room is spacious and well-lit. The design is very impressive, featuring modern windows that seal tightly to block out the street noise. The beds are comfortable. While there is no breakfast provided, there are some nice refreshments in the fridge, plus a coffee machine. The bathtub in the middle of the room, accompanied by the soft sounds of jazz radio, makes this the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the accommodation and Sardinia. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing a list of local restaurants with comments ("this is for seafood", "this is for a sweet breakfast", "this is traditional food", etc.). We tried two of their suggestions—both were excellent. If you are driving, be cautious as this is a ZTL (Zone of Limited Traffic) area. You should be careful about where you park. We managed to find parking on the street two blocks from the hotel.
