We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was on tbe 2nd floor and the room below had a terrace with lots of bushes that attracted wasps and other flying insects that tried to enter our room so we were unable to have the doors to the Juliet balcony open. Suggest mosquito blinds on the doors and/or remove the bushes below the Juliet balcony.

AustraliaProbably us, however the signage into the resort could be clearer as we first thought we were entering a golf course. This should not put you off though.
It was lovely and quiet. There was a restaurant with a set menu/price which was very good. The shower was great, hot and good pressure. The staff were friendly and quite attentive. It was a peaceful area with great views of the mountains. A wedding was set up and this would be a lovely location to celebrate your nuptials. 😍

Lovely location in a quiet town and great view from the property. Really nice pool, although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. Breakfast was very scarce though, looked like there should have been more items than there were (ie empty chafing dishes where you would expect something like bacon or scrambled eggs or sausage), brown baguette had finished and it was not replenished at all, empty trays where there should be pastries, etc.

Stunningly beautiful place in the rural town of Pontremoli. Lovely room with a private balcony with a view of the mountains. We went out of season so the pool was closed as it was too cold. Dinner was a set.menu of home made traditional Italian food that was delicious! We were very late getting there as there was a 2 hour traffic jam on the autostrada but the owner waited up for us and settled us in with a warm welcome! The breakfast was great with lots if choice even freshly squeezed orange juice!

United KingdomThe in built cooling system for my room on the 2nd floor didn’t work the first night and there was no fan, the rest of the stay it wasn’t great either, very hot so just about managed to get through the night. Only the first floor has air conditioning. Also there is no food available apart from pre-booking for lunch and dinner
