It was in a perfect location. Rooms were a lovely size and beds very comfortable after a long day hiking. Lively breakfast and simone was really attentive and always ready to offer advise on where to go and how to get there. We couldn’t fault it!

if you arriving by car, you will have 2 big issues. First, you cannot reserve a parking spot in advance (We waited 1h - 1:30h for a parking space). Secondly, you have to carry luggage from the parking to the hotel and from hotel to the car ( the parking is quite far, especially when you need to carry the luggage on uphill). -the breakfast is, let's say, base on coffee and croissant. You will receive 2 croissants, butter, nutella, honey, coffee and orange juice - The AC was scheduled to turn on at 22C at midnight. We woke up frozen and barely we managed to stop the AC ( the password was 1234 or admin ;) ) - minor things that can be fixed in the room (a light bulb not working properly in the bathroom, etc.)

- perfect location - is was super clean - a nice view of the city ( we received a free upgrade to a room with a big balcony ) - good wifi - nice garden and reception

Manarola is beautiful, not for the faint of heart if you decide to take a hike but otherwise it’s only a 5 min walk max to the hotel from the train.

Nice room and good size bathroom, had some english speaking channels on the tv which is a plus. Really nice hotel, nice view up the hill. Breakfast was a bit complicated for me because I don't eat gluten, but there is yogurt and very good coffee, probably the best I've ever tasted, nice to sit outside in the garden between the fruit trees for breakfast. A really enjoyable stay

The room was comfortable with a nice patio to take pictures of the colorful houses in the background. The staff was also friendly. I'm so glad I chose to stay here and would definitely stay again.

The trail to Riomaggiore was closed, but Manarola was a wonder. Hated to leave.

I liked the photographs and other historic items in the lobby. The room had a wonderful terrace. Air conditioning works flawlessly. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were really soft. Breakfast was unexpected and enjoyed very much. The owner of the hotel, Simeon, was friendly and helpful!

We stayed here one night and the staff knew us by name. We had a beautiful little lemon grove for having breakfast. 10 minutes from train station. Gorgeous views.

- the use of disposable single use plastic cups for “drinking glasses” inside the room - breakfast is very simple (croissants were good but given lots of dinner rolls that went to waste) - no iron or beach towels

- fabulous location and only a short (very steep) walk from train station - good base for exploring the cinque Terre (manarola was our favourite town) - good aircon - huge balcony with beautiful view - comfy spacious room with lots of clothes hanging space - nice basic Italian breakfast

Awesome location, friendly host and a good breakfast. The host also let me use a towel for the beach after I had checked out. The rooms are a good size and the AC felt great after a long hike. Stay here.

Amazing stay, felt like a true Italian experience. Sitting amongst fruit trees in the garden for included breakfast was lovely. Hearing the staffs story and a beautiful property. The room was big, clean and a lovely view.
