We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The building has been beautifully renovated! The room are clean and comfortable. Both of the room in our party had generous terraces that over looked the winding town street. It was far enough up the hill to be away from noise of the bustling tourist area but still an easy walk from the town center at the coast.

NorwayThe only thing to mention is the WiFi was a little slow.. but when you’re in Manarola there’s no need to stay on the internet much and it wasn’t a big issue.
The property is stunning! Such a charming and well maintained building. If you have the opportunity, have the owner Simone tell you about the history of the hotel.
