We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaA little bit noisy evenings (there is a bar) when there is some celebration or something. I recommend to double-check the ordered food if you have some allergy, I don’t know if they have changed by mistake the names of the food in Italian / English menu, or they just badly remember the ordered food - they gave me a very delicious food but with Parmesan (the luck that it was heat prepared so it was not a severe problem for me), I ordered the food without milk products in it, so it was a change. But we are people, it was also my fault to not double check before eating. I am sure they would kindly change without problems.
The amazing nature, beautiful surroundings, as it seems to be a family hotel, they know you - you feel like a part of their family. I have a milk protein allergy, so they help to choose me the best dinner and change a dessert for me. The food in the restaurant is DELICIOUS! I forgot the ID card there, they informed me immediately, super! Thank you for this amazing stay! The staff is amazing.

NorwayWell nothing really, apart from having a gym or so, but for this type of hotel with restaurant one cannot expect that.
Very nice location and building(s) close to an old mill remade into a modern small hydropower facility. Charming personnel and nice rooms. Could be made completely dark (important). Quiet as well.

SlovakiaWe were on our way to cross from Italy to Slovenia and we found this peace of Italian heaven. A beautiful renew castle, near a river and fields of vineyards. The hotel restaurant was fantastic, the team at the desk was friendly and our room was cozy and romantic.

SwitzerlandBreakfast was ok. Du to COVID there was no buffet. Thus it was hard to ordner just a little bit of each. Got too much ham and chees for one sandwich. In the restaurant it would be good to have the card in English.
