Having to go up stairs to the reception. But the staff were helpful getting bags up and down.

I liked the apperative time, with the glass of prosecco and little appetiser plate. Simple but enjoyable. unfortunately I only got there once. I also loved the breakfast. great view and great service.

I didn’t like the fact that my mobile adapter was burnt when I tried charging my mobile following a power spark. However, the girl at reception was kind enough to lend me one during my stay. It cost me €10 to buy a new one.

Good location, close to all amenities. Hospitable staff at front desk and at breakfast Gianfranco steals the show! The room was always well cleaned. Breakfast was varied and well presented.

Nothing of note

The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were polite and attentive. There was also free drinks and snacks in reception from 6.30 to 9.00 in the evening.

The bereakfeast was more cake than actual breakfeast. The rooms didn't have an actual duvet but just a blanket wrapped in a sheet not a duvetcover

Room facilities were disappointing 1. Requested a double bed but had 2 single beds pushed together. 2. Air conditioning set too hot. Unable to reduce temperature despite being provided with instructions by hotel staff. Had to leave window open all night to cool room. 3. Lighting in mirror part of room inadequate.

Located close to some good restaurants and within walking distance of main Rome attractions. Pleasantly surprised at value for money of a glass of wine plus nibbles in the hotel reception area.

- The building is not new, so it comes with all the "perks" of old buildings. For example, the room is tiny but that's expected of places like Rome. But the sewage pipes in the hotel are loud and it's incredibly annoying in the night. They kept waking me up. - The breakfast could be more diverse, namely offer more fresh fruit and plain yogurt options instead of so many sweet pastries. - There's only one small elevator that you can take to the rooms, and given that there are 7 floors, sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get it. - Water temperature in the shower was unstable at times.

- The location is good, close to metro line A and comfortable walking distance to some sights. - If you're lucky to get a room on one of the higher floors on the "correct" side, the view is fantastic. You get the same view from the breakfast room as well. - The staff are nice and helpful.

There was nothing not to like. Not having a bar to relax in of an evening.

Room was good, bed very comfortable. In a good location, a good walk to the attractions, but we didn't mind that. Good variety of food for breakfast.

Some of the breakfast staff were not as friendly and came across as arrogant.

Comfortable, clean room which looked freshly decorated. The location is good for Caracalla concerts and easy access to centre of Rome. Friendly and helpful staff.

air conditioning was not working for the first 2 nights. They tried to compensate with a bottle of Prosecco; but that did not compensate for the discomfort. They offer a nice breakfast but at 60.00 Euros per person way too expensive
